Lovely pub with friendly staff and great food.
I use a large electric wheelchair and was able to make my through the pub to our table. Doors were a little tight but my chair is particularly chunky.
The food was delicious and served promptly and the staff were attentive and friendly without being too
Excellent Sunday roast dinner. The beef may have been too rare for some, but it was quality meat and absolutely delicious. Staff were attentive, and the pub itself is beautiful. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely wonderful food very friendly the place has a great olde world atmosphere Dominic and Kyla where our waiter and waitress very kind and knowledgeable people
A wonderful, welcoming ye olde pub atmosphere awaits you as soon as you walk through the door.
Has plenty of parking available and the pub is itself tucked away on the edge of a quiet residential location.
The staff are extremely courteous, polite and helpful.
We visited as a treat for our youngest
We had a family lunch here, and have visited many times. Service was good, & food fine. Would have preferred my fish & chips closer to piping hot, than acceptably warm - as it was at the table, but not a big issue.
What a fantastic pub and restaurant. Staff were excellent, sociable, attentive and happy. Meal was delicious. Atmosphere is great. Definitely returning. Thank you to all staff.
Absolutely wonderful food and service such friendly staff never dropped there face while busy.
Portion size of food very acceptable brilliantly done crisp Korean bbq stripes
Table setting was very nice cutlery well polished clean gasses no mark
Only thing is mushy peas had been under hot lamp too
Met my girlfriend here as as she likes the place, must admit she wasn't wrong, it has a lovely atmosphere and the lovely lady who served us was fabulous, very helpful and took a photo for us. Sadly didn't get her name but has a heart shape on here top. We had coffee which came with a delicious biscu

Brilliant family friendly pub. Visited with my grandparents and they were treated with great care and attention. Smaller portions were offered and gratefully accepted. Portions are very generous and good selection of food options for all dietary requirements. Puds are a must.
Recently moved to the area so visited for Sunday lunch. Really nice environment and super lovely staff. The venison special had sold out but the confit duck was a tasty back up. Looking forward to returning for a cracking roast.
Had a lovely meal with family, everyone really enjoyed their meal and the bakewell tart pudding was delicious. Only slight issue we had was the lack of sausages for our toddler- was the only thing she really wanted, but she's a bit of a diva! Overall, would eat there again for sure 😊
Came for a family meal, absolutely lovely historical pub/restaurant! Our server Jane went above and beyond, truly fantastic service to say they were short staffed, an amazing example of someone who is on top of their job and focus on customer service, a real credit to the team at the Ferry Inn! Food excellent as was the service, very busy when we arrived but table was prepared and ready on time. Good choice on the menu with specials also available. Able to park in car park no problems.
Drove 35 mins to meet friends half way.
Just found you on Google
