Ye Olde Trip To Jerusalem - Nottingham - Photo album

Wonderful atmospheric pub ser in the caves under Nottingham Castle from the 1100's. Make sure you make a reservation to get a table on one of the upper floors. Down by the bar gets crowded and has minimal cave atmosphere. We honestly had a perfect table under the chimney opening in the malting ro
This pub is amazing. Seeing pictures and videos does not do justice at all. We were pleasantly surprised at how quirky and impressive it was. We were very lucky to visit during the weekday, which meant that we were able to find a table and spend some time there. The lady who served was very pleasant
A very old pub restaurant with plenty of good food to choose from. It is built into the cliff under Nottingham Castle. We were visiting the area and it was recommended to us. We would certainly recommend it ourselves.
If you're in Nottingham and love old buildings, it's well worth visiting this pub. One of a few pubs laying claim to be the oldest in England, which is built into the cliffside below the castle (we'll probably never know which is actually the oldest). It's well worth visiting to have a look around (
Fantastic pub built into the limestone cliff below the castle. Make reservations to sit inside. It is a Green King pub, but the food was better than your standard GK. It was fantastic to eat and drink in such a cool place. There were stories and cursed items all over. Worth the effort.
We went here for a quick lunch stop - a cosy little pub that is built into the ancient caves, with gorgeous, rustic-looking interiors. The staff are warm and friendly. Food was not extraordinary, but nothing short of being delicious either. We ordered: •Fish and Chips •Vintage Cheddar and Bacon Bur
We went for the atmosphere. Built into a cave partially. Very unique experience. Good was good. Good drink list to choose from. Lots of history. Wish we could have done the haunted tour. We were here on New Years Day and lots closed that day. Glad for this place being open for lunch!
Delicious food, great beer, and wonderful staff! I stopped here tonight with my boyfriend on our way through Nottingham. We had the pea & mint soup, the great British cheese toastie, the vintage cheddar Mac & cheese, and two different hand-pulled ales. Everything was excellent! I wasn’t feeling the
I LOVE THIS PLACE! Already been here twice in a week! Being an Indian and vegetarian in United Kingdom, I was unable to find food according to my taste preferences. I used to find everything bland, even food from fast food restaurants. But this place completely flipped my mind. The food is brilliant
Very very authentic and beautiful pub, nothing similar all over the world. It was established in 1189, it is so exciting to understand what a historic place you are drinking a pint in. By the way very affordable prices Located just near Nottingham Castle 🏰
