While the Americano didn't align with my personal taste preferences, the cappuccino and snacks were delightful! The aromatic brew of the cappuccino paired perfectly with the assortment of scrumptious snacks, offering a satisfying blend of flavors.

Lovely food and drink, plates are old cake plates and tea is served with a teapot, cup and saucer - the atmosphere is sweet. Music is a nice background to some conversation.
Destination is a bit out of the way, having you walk down an alley.
Service was good, drinks arrived fast but food took longer than expected considering the amount of people.
Had a wonderful afternoon tea here! Absolutely top quality - sandwiches were freshly made and soft, and the scones were some of the best I’ve ever had. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back.
Just had a lovely oat latte and scone lovely little coffee shop with some amazing looking cakes , clean and polite staff will definitely pop in again in between patients 5* ☕️ 🍰

I booked afternoon tea for 15 people yesterday for my friends hen do. The food was amazing, we all really enjoyed it. Thank you for being so welcoming and polite 😊 we definitely come back.

Overall, a highly pleasant experience.
We came on Saturday the 18th of November as part of a large group of 13. We booked for afternoon tea.
The staff and management were hugely communicative and supportive throughout the process of securing our booking.
I could not recommend this teahouse enough for your group gathering. They are helpful in every step of the process and go out of their way to keep you informed.
Even when there were a few mistakes on our part as a group in terms of planning and execution, the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and communicative.
They also offer vegan afternoon teas which come on their own individualised trays separated from the non-vegan food. They also are willing to listen to dietary requirements and preferences.
We had an ambulatory wheelchair user as part of our group, who could get in to the venue through the door with no problem. There's a ramp and the door opens widely. There was a space to place the chair and fold it. They folded their chair, and walked to sit in a seat at their table. The venue isn't very large, so consider informing White Rabbit before coming just in case. From our experience, it is an accessible venue.
I am really glad I made the decision to work with them and will consider keeping in touch for future bookings.
Good place for an afternoon tea, good sandwiches and tea variety.
Very nice cafe, hidden from everything. Absolutely great service, very nice choice. Pay by cash. Will be visiting again.

Since I last visited, I believe they have moved to larger premises and have not been to new place yet, but the food is good and service great and looking forward to going on valentine day with my partner

Lovely decorated cafe, service was fantastic and food was quick and delicious. Lovely calm atmosphere and was cool inside from the hot weather. Toilet facilities were immaculate. Would definitely recommend to a friend and go again.
This is a simply beautiful little tea room, hidden down an alley, off a shopping street but what a gem, wonderful afternoon teas with sandwiches, scones & cakes, might be worth pre booking as it was busy constantly and so relaxing enjoying the food that time slips away from you....
