Food quality is on par with the best in the world, nothing short of top quality ingredients. The bread is artisan baked at Hambleton. The wine list is well chosen, even the house rioja!
The service is never lacking, my glass is always full, the servers are attentive, even at full capacity.

Celebrated our 18 year anniversary with a garden room and breakfast at Harts. It was delightful! Our first visit but definitely not the last, service, facilities and food all top notch. 👏
Everyone at this hotel was so nice and helpful! We'd been in a car accident and so my mother in law booked here as they're dog friendly (knowing how long a&e can take) and the whole experience with them was so comforting and pleasant. Simon was especially amazing!
Even when our dog bled in the room and we had to rush her to the emergency vet, they got the room clean and were kind enough to not charge us for cleaning even after we offered. Their kindness was definitely needed and greatly appreciated, and we can't wait to come back and actually get to fully enjoy our stay! The rooms were so nice and breakfast was amazing, and to top it all off they were super accommodating to us being vegan!
We had a lovely Sunday lunch here with friends. As we are local to Nottingham we have not stayed here. The decor and atmosphere is refined but relaxed, especially for Sunday lunch which is family friendly. Service is efficient and food delicious. Would strongly recommend the partridge. Bloody Mary's were very special too

Spent a great 2 nights at Harts last weekend . Adam , the manager and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant meal on both nights was superb. Nice touch to provide a half bottle of fresh milk in the room fridge for making tea. Wonderful location by the Park .
Wonderful hotel with first class friendly service. Great good both evening meal and breakfast. Rooms are not large which is usual for city centre hotel and its a great location. The rooms were clean and nice and the garden room was worth it to have access outside and a patio area. What sets the hotel apart was the truly outstanding helpfulness and friendly nature of every single one of the staff at every stage. Congratulations and thank you.
I went here for a meal, the staff are so lovely and patient and kind, the food is absolutely incredible, you get exactly what you pay for, if not better, I would go here again any day

Really impressed with this place. Modern nice decor and furniture. Lovely room and bathroom facility. Basket full of chocolate goodies and full fridge. Great outdoor communal seating area. Good breakfast where we saw lots of celeb photos. On site parking always a bonus and great staff. Would very much like to stay again.
I haven’t stayed at the hotel but have eaten at the hotel restaurant many times and it has always been a very good experience. Food is beautiful and service is consistently good. We find it is especially nice to visit for lunch on a nice sunny day when you can sit outside and enjoy the peace and sun.
Nice hotel in a beautiful neighborhood nearby yet culturally different from the crowded city center. It was quiet and peaceful.
The room itself had little details to be improved, like the door to the garden being difficult to open, the toilet made a lot of noises requiring reflushing, and the shower failed to hold a consistent temperature.
However, the best was super comfortable, the staff was incredibly kind, and at one point there was another room's puppy at our garden door asking to be friends. 🐶😍 Very satisfied and do recommend.
Oh and the restaurant was very good. Traditional british food. Nothing special too creative however it was expertly done.
The staff here are amazing! Some of the best service I have experienced in a hotel. So polite, friendly and helpful even with the smallest of things. My room was lovely, very large with a bath and great complimentary items in the room. Room service was great too! Would love to come again.
My husband and I recently chose Hart's for our wedding reception dinner for 12 people and we were not disappointed. The service from start to finish was immaculate. The staff being incredibly polite and professional. The food was absolutely wonderful - 10/10 - hats off to the Chefs! A special thank you to Melissa for helping me plan the dinner. It was seamless, and I can't thank you enough. Can't wait to come back for the perfect atmosphere, perfect food and perfect service.
