Welcoming and accommodating crew at the Swan Inn. Great pub with superb food. We didn't book a table for this evening but we were found a slot table, you must visit the Swan Inn if you are in the area....so we booked a table for tomorrow.
Finally came here on a sunny day and got a table as it is normally full on sunny days. Had lovely drinks, lunch and dessert served by very lovely and welcoming staff.
The Swan is a lovely little pub, right on the water. Exquisite setting, lovely staff, all good! Five stars for sure!

Would be good to get a separate bowl for muscle shells.
Good local beer and food, fresh fish caught daily, plus friendly service.. Nice views down the Yealm Estuary.. Its been 20 years since my last visit and there have been many improvements since then, well worth a visit...
George asked me if I wanted to try some local Noss Mayo ales and they were great. Ihe went the extra miles. Great customer service and great food and views. Highly recommended 😃

Lovely pub, very communal. They do a great selection of menus, where each day is a different type of food. We went on Friday which was 'Grill and Fish'. I had a delicious lamb kebab!
My only criticism which unfortunately knocks it down a star is the management. Our table was way off being available when we arrived, so we were lucky and did manage to squeeze into the last remaining free table, however it was close and could have been a long wait! I think this was excerbated by the long wait for food some people were having, however, our wait wasn't too bad.
Overall, a fantastic pub. Highly recommend. All tables had a lovely view over the river and food was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Make sure you book as they get full quickly!
