I shared this experience with Greggs directly, and they made it right. It's not the things that go wrong that cause problems, but how they are handled. So this goes from a 1 star to a 5 star.

The second most disappointing bacon roll I have ever had the displeasure to eat, at least this one was had bacon that was actually cooked.
I ordered a bacon roll with extra bacon. The roll was cold, like it had been stored in a fridge. So smothered in butter as that was all I could taste. And there were only two small chewy bits of bacon.
Terrible form Greggs, such poor quality.
Awsome for quick hunger ,quality is awsome with good varieties and affordable price.
Lovely staff, quickly served and plenty of seating.
As per usual we knew exactly what we were going to get. The staff are all cheerful and friendly. We have been in this branch a few times now, and although wouldn't say we are 'regulars the staff seem to remember us. We have had quite a lot of things from the Greg's menu over the years and so far haven't found anything we don't like. The food is always fresh and they use a good quality coffee.
Have been to Greggs many times before.

Very good. It is what it is. Simple, cheap but good food, freshly cooked. Excellent sausage rolls & coffee. And the one where I was, on St Stephens Street , excellent staff.

Positive experience, staff went out of their way to help find a particular loaf of bread. Their vegan sausage rolls are nice.
This is the greatest place for a quick snack and they are everywhere.The cheese and onion is to die for. They need to bring greggs to uae it would make a killing nothing like it there. The prices I have gone up a lot from when I use to I have it only negative.
I used the St Stephens store on a regular basis before lockdown.On the last occasion I was there I had a problem which was not their fault, despite this, the assistants were absolutely amazing.I felt a truly valued customer.

Great for a quick and tasty snack. Sometimes the choice is a bit poor on Sundays though. Staff always very friendly.
i found that Greggs store in stephens is the best thing they have done there latte are so lovey bye more there i do any wear eles and there cakes all there food is so lovey and the lads are so good you can have a laugh and a joke with them make the shop some shop i going in round Norwich UK the boys staff just dont wont to know but greggs boys in Greggs store in st stephens you can have a laugh and a joke well done boys keep the good work up
