I think people working in the kitchen should use gloves since they are touching food.

Touch wood I have never had a major issue at this branch. Food is always hot and prepared at a decent time. Service has always been good at this branch.
The seating areas most of the time are clean and tidy with seating always available whether it is busy or quiet.
5* will continue to dine here as I have done for many years!
Staff were very attentive and the food was good and fresh. The atmosphere is alright and there is a lovely window view with seating. All I think they need is some self - ordering machines to help the large queues but otherwise very nice
Very friendly staff, especially the man and lady cleaning tables, chatted with us and asked if we needed anything. Took our trays and cleaned after we had finished. Food was quick and hot. Will return.

Not sure why no self service ordering machines like most McDonald's outlets especially when KFC next door does.
It's McDonald's. You know what to expect. It's got an express till for orders and some sensible queue management. The seating area often gets very busy and spills over into additional tables in the upper food hall area. The staff were quick and friendly and the tables were cleaned quickly and with no fuss. My only niggle is the lack of seating and the congestion around the main till areas. Otherwise it was as you would hope.
There was no rushing food come straight away, it was hot.

The service here was amazing, food was perfect and fresh as always. Plus if you download the app there are specific deals on, for instance today I redeemed my offer of a 99p Big Mac! Like that's so cool and amazing. The person who delivered my food as well was so cheerful and friendly I had a whole conversation with him about the best mcflurrys. Lengers experience if you ask me. WAIT EDIT: ITS NOT THIS ONE ITS THE 18 HAYMARKET ONE THAT IS AMAZING, THIS UPSTAIRS ONE IS RUBBISH AND DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE PLUS THE MACCIES APP DOESNT WORK THERE
They were busy but moved the queue very quickly. They did forget one of the burgers from my order but had no troubles when I mentioned it to them. They did run out of quarter pounders while I was there but immediately told everyone there was a wait instead of just leaving them to guess. Good atmosphere, central location, easy to get to, extra seating available of needed too. Huge main table available for parties as well.
Had the usual morning breakfast bacon mcmuffin w hashbrown and hot chocolate de luxe. The service was alright, my order was taken by a trainee she was a bit slow which is understandable but she's alright. The restaurant is very spacious setup is like foodcourt open plan. There load of customers considering its early morning Sunday. I enjoyed my breakfast and I was able to find a conrer with less crowd which is ideal with the current situation.

Location is inside the shopping centre on the top floor food court. Clean and tidy, fast service. there is no self service at this mcdonald's it is good old fashion human to human interaction
Food was good. I was surprised, as last time didn't enjoy it. But they were short staffed, and the que was huge and the waiting times really absurd.
