My favourite bubble tea place. Definitely the best in Norwich, it’s been hard to find anything that beats in the UK. My usual is the iced vanilla latte but I’ve not found a drink on their menu I don’t like! The staff are all super friendly as well which is always nice. It can get a little busy sometimes but I think this has got slightly better after their second store opened.
I ordered the matcha milk tea with tapioca pearls and it’s honestly one of the best authentic bubble tea I have ever had in the UK.I have tried plenty of bubble tea my whole life in Asian and this bubble tea is so close to the ones from Asia.I could taste the matcha and tea in the bubble tea drink.Highly recommend and I will definitely be back for more.
Whenever I’m in Norwich all I fancy is one of Moya’s delicious bubble teas. The service here is impeccable and so is the atmosphere. They have a very diverse menu so everyone will find something that they like. Their loyalty programme is very good and I have already received 3 free bubble teas with Moya! Would highly recommend:)
We love getting teas from here, they're always so friendly and polite when we visit them. We sometimes get teas delivered to us whilst at home and we always look out for the cute drawing that comes with our order. Keep spreading the joy.
I recently visited Moya Bubble Tea, and I must say it's conveniently located in the heart of the city center, making it the perfect stop during a leisurely walk. They offer a self-service kiosk, which adds to the ease of ordering. The place is impeccably clean, and what you see in their photos is exactly what you get. The staff is highly professional, all wearing name badges and with friendly smiles. The tea they serve is absolutely delicious.

However, on there menu it had one price but the bubbles which I thought we included in the drink were extra and it automatically upgrades to a large drink which cost extra without any choice of size. So what would have been a £4.90 drink turned out to be £6 but a very nice drink all the same

Tried for the first time on Tuesday, manager was very attentive and gave recommendations, wow I had the blue haiwaii and it was amazing. Went back again today as enjoyed it that much, well had 2 blue haiwaiis today. Will be back again tomorrow. Absolutely amazing 💯
I've been ordering from Moyas for over a year and their drinks variety and quality is fab. I definitely recommend the vanilla iced latte or galaxy lime!
Speedy service from friendly staff. Only thing....they don't take Amex 🫥 But the tea is delightful and the atmosphere is hip and trendy with its Korean music blasting over the speakers. A fun shop.
Lovely atmosphere and incredible range of drinks! They're really well organised and give you a thing which flashes when your drink is ready meaning the whole process is streamlined even if it's busy. Delicious brown sugar milk tea :)
Great atmosphere and customer service. The team are always welcoming and very happy to give recommendations if you're struggling to narrow down your choices.
They also offer a loyalty card and a discount if you use their reusable cup.
I ordered a large Moya Milk Tea Ice Cream and wow.. It not only arrived perfectly preserved without a single drop of melted ice cream, but came by an individual delivery guy who had taken great care over it. It taste amazing, you get a really good amount too, and I definitely couldn't have asked for better. Even got some cute little cards in there too. Thank you!
Best bubble tea! Even put bubbles in my little ones icecream! They were very accommodating for my 3 Yr old to what she would like. So tasty! 'Pearls' are the jelly like balls that come in the teas and 'balls' are the ones that pop with flavor that they put in the other drinks and icecreams if you ask.
Amazing staff wasn’t sure what to order so went for a strawberry drink children didn’t like it so ordered the Nutella drink and to my surprise they didn’t charge me honestly this was so kind of them. Thank you and hope your business goes strength to strength

I go here every time I visit Norwich! Even introduced some of my friends to Bubble Tea here and they all loved it! Easy to order for those new to bubble tea and really good combinations to try - very happy with the milk alternatives too!
