Expensive, but friendly staff. Cutlery not ideal. Would definitely try again.

The staff are always incredibly friendly and chat while you order. You always get welcomed and asked if your food is good. The service is quick, the potatoes are red hot fluffy and moist. I had chicken tikka and it is definitely a bit more spicy than it used to be but that's great it was quite mild
Lovely service from two absolutely lovely chaps. Brilliant and thoughtful, lovely food. Overall I had such a great time here, I couldn’t recommend this place more
Friendly, helpful staff at the counter and the tables looked clean, I chose the baked potato, which was a good size, with chilli and it came with guacamole, salsa and sour cream, very enjoyable
Grabbed a Latte from here, quick service and welcoming staff, the latte, although being automatically dispensed by a machine, was creamy and was a decent sized, I well enjoyed it in the seating area.
Lovely potato. Cooked perfectly. Generous topping. My daughter and I love sharing a classic cheese and baked beans.

A good experience although late in the day. Very friendly and helpful staff members, Phil and Ellie. Giving us good customer service displayed and given, with the thought of returning on other day. Give it a taste for yourself.
A member of staff was extremely helpful warming my Grandsons lunch and finding a highchair. He was polite and had excellent customer service skills.

My favourite place for a quick, tasty lunch whenever I'm in the city, these are the best baked spuds with Cole slaw from any of the Norwich malls.

Always love to have these Jacket potatos with chicken tikka. Salads are too tasty as well. Chicken ceaser salad and Greek feta salad.
