Had a table booked on Saturday 16th July for the evening. We really felt welcome from the moment we got there as the staff couldn't do enough for us.
We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and decided to stay here after food for some drinks and worked our way through alot of the cocktail list. Which I must say, were made to a very high standard.
Well done to everyone one who made our special night!!!!
Thankyou
Simon and Teresa.
Best burger in Norwich? Yes. Best burger in East Anglia? It's up there. If this isn't in your top 5 burgers, you're doing it all wrong.
The burgers are basically a new form of art. Every component combines together to make a well designed delight. It's not too big, it's too small, it's just the right size to pick it up and savour. The burger is cooked medium, just how I like it, and exactly how it should be. The onion rings are perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and succulent on the inside. Well done guys, you've got a customer for life!
Absolutely amazing food and outstanding 5 star service.
We discovered this place in lockdown when we used to take away and eat in the park. The system put in place at the time worked very well and it was a nice escape from the depressing lockdown reality.
Eating in had always been a pleasant experience, range of vegan options accompanied by a huge drinks selection. Big thanks to the male waiter and a blonde waitress who I think worked there the longest. They always looked after us very well with their professional service and positive attitude! THANK YOU!
What a fabby place. Visited here with our staffie dog whilst visiting our daughter (at UEA). It’s at one end of the park and from the time we wandered up to the front door we were given a warm enthusiastic welcome and invited inside with our dog, Wills. For nourishment we all had sausage baps and hot drinks. The sausage baps were delicious. 2 sausages sliced in half, resting in a brioche bun. Gorgeous. And… even our dog got treats. Staff are super helpful and very friendly. Couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely be back on our next Norwich trip.
Great product, in a great spot, with a great vibe, delivered by great people. We visited on the last day of eat out to help out, which was a recommendation from the almighty Google when searching for a city centre restaurant. So glad we chose to stop by, as everything about it was great. They're dog friendly too, and staff were ready and waiting with a water bowl, dog treats and lots of fuss. All the service guys were really friendly, quick, attentive, and knew their stuff (always nice when you get an enthusiastic recommendation from the menu... and some patience when you can't decide!). We made a point of trying a burger and a hot dog, which was a good idea as both were amazing, so splitting half and half mitigated any food envy. If anyone knows where the old Mexican restaurant Pedro's used to be, it's there - so a stones throw away from the city centre and the theatre, so a great location. They've done a great job refreshing the building too, and appear to offer inside and outside seating. The drinks menu hit the spot, with a good, but not overly extensive range of alcoholic and soft drinks. I had a can of Ting, which went down a treat, and the better half had a lemonade mocktail. Couldn't recommend more - you've not lived a full life until you've visited! Great work!
We had a really lovely experience here! Our waiter looked like Andy Serkis, was very attentive and overall excellent, would give him 5 stars on his own! I requested an espresso Martini, which wasn't on the drinks menus, and they were more than happy to make it! On the food side, this was excellent too, the Beyond burger tasted great, and could be specified with normal cheese (not very vegan but tastes great)! Finally the chocolate brown for dessert was on the same level as the mains - top of the class!
Would definitely recommend and it was very well priced! One thing to note, if you're sitting outside in the evening I'd recommend a jumper, because the sun is blocked by trees as it sets for the night!
Very nice restaurant. Excellent service, excellent burger, reasonable price with very big portion (Price range £11 to £22). I have been visit Harry's quite a few times. It was a really busy restaurant (Don't forget to book a table online or through phone to avoid disappointment). I really like their special burger - Wagyu burger with Korean sauce (£20). If you haven't try, it's worth to try it now! Currently, they have their special Christmas meal - Bad santa. The burger serves with a big portion of breaded turkey. (Sadly, turkey was out of stock and they replace it with chicken breast.) But, the burger still amazing.
Eaten here a few times now and the food is out of this world. Fresh ingredients, beautiful flavours and awesome atmosphere.
Highly recommended! 🙌
Although taste can be subjective, this was the best of all the hamburgers I ate during my UK trip. I've been to a lot of places to eat in Britain for 6 weeks, but this was the best experience. I want to go again.
I had the Dirty Harry burger and Dirty Fries to go. The burger was good but the fries were amazing! I'll definitely be coming back for those fries 😁 I love that you can order from their To Go window and sit in Chapelfield Gardens to enjoy the warm weather.
