Dozen Artisan Bakery - Norwich - Photo album

Had a fantastic sandwich here! Top quality ingredients. They are very popular which was evident by how much had been sold out at quite an early point in the day. That's how you know a place is super tasty! So pro tip, if you want to get something, go a bit earlier. The member who staffed who served
This is hands down the best bakery in Norwich! Everything is amazing from the croissants that taste authentically French, to the rye bread, sourdough and fougasses that’s to die for. Highly recommend but go early as there’s always a queue!
Has to be one of the best bakeries in Norfolk, not just Norwich. Delicious breads, cakes, hot cross buns and sausage rolls - plus local preserves and other delicacies. Delightful team too - always cheerful and helpful.
Passing this place last week was a momentarily shocking experience. For I never imagined I would see, middle class folk, queuing placidly in the rain for bread. Foolishly I thought this necessity to queue for a staple like bread, was the result of climate change, or the vagaries of a hard Brexit an
Easily the best bakery in Norwich. I absolutely love their (sourdough) breads as they have a nice selection. But also the pastries are delicious.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. A nice range of baked goods and a few locally produced other stuff (some local chocolate and deli meat, Eve's farm veg, baron bigod, some jams etc too) Nice to find some savoury pastries. I got a cheese twist, some ricciarelli, choc croissant and cinnamon roll - all del
Wonderful bakery, best in town. A Saturday treat is a loaf of white sourdough and croissants. Absolutely delicious!
What a lovely, friendly place. The almond pastries are to die for 😋
Definitely the best bread you could wish for, by far the best in Norwich. The other bakes are also lovely and the jams etc. are an added treat. One of my favourite day off treats is bread and butter from here.
In my humble opinion the best sourdough bread in Norwich. Clean shop. Good choice. Lovely service. Priced for quality. You know it's good when you queue for 25 minutes on a Saturday morning in Covid times.
The bread is fabulous; top notch regular and sourdough, with a range of grains. Always a queue so arrive early. However, the non-loaf offerings (sweets, savouries etc) have gone quite downhill since management switched hands, which really let's it down. Disappointing, particularly given how spectacu
Bernie and Lawrence are the dream, AMAZING sourdough, the best croissants (@Felicity Cloake you must!!) and always an exciting seasonal treat and something good for lunch! Not just Norwich ‘good’ these guys hold their own with the best of the UK’s artisanal bakers. We are so lucky to have them. But
Wow... Had a delicious croissant from here. Wonderfully buttery, and perfectly crispy. It was an elegant English take on a French pastry. Lady who served me was friendly and price was justified given the quality. Will be back!
Lovely bakery, always friendly, great bread and cakes. They even delivered during the pandemic when we couldnt leave the house. Really meant a lot at the time.
Self-confessed cheese swirl addict. These things are addictive, I can't even write about them without having the urge to drive to Dozen! They also do fantastic breads. I guess they are very influenced by French baking as their bread and pastries have a very authentic French taste and texture. The ba
All so, so good. Shanes It's only open 3 days a week!
Amazing breads, and lovely service. This bakery's bread is on the top.of what a proper, tasty bread should be. Slightly expensive but worth the quality of product you're given. Also, make sure to go as soon as possible as it is sold quite quickly!
