I've been recently and I noticed a real change: the orders are getting done faster and accurate, the food is tasty and not as greasy as previously or as in other restaurants, the table area is way cleaner than what it used to be. Overall it's a pleasure to come to this restaurant. Well done to everyone working here.
The second best KFC in Norwich. Decent service and food quality. The drive thru also is quite convenient but a little slow.
We had a large order and they were very busy, so it understandably took while. But the food was fresh and hot and all correct. Really enjoyed it. Those guys didn't stop. Very impressive.
Had drive through for the first time in years, although very enjoyable it was much more greasy texture than I remember, very hot, presentation not the best but then it was in a paper bag! All in all OK and tasty.
Sadly the loos were pretty bad, but otherwise the food and service of the staff was lovely. I do find that KFC in general can be very hit and miss,but this one was spot on. Knocked off 2 stars simply because of the toilets.
Food is brillaint, standard kfc. Service can sometimes be really poor in there and wait for your food far to long for 'fast food' that's the only issue(first review)
Unfortunately we came across a photo stating it was from this restaurant on a page on Facebook, it was a picture of cooked on the outside chicken but not on the inside so we stayed away.
Having we craved a KFC and never had issues of our own we purchased a meal that was well worth the money, the chicken was certainly cooked and tasted amazing.
The pictures are from the meal we did start to eat before I'd taken them so the portions arent as they were given on the photos.
10/10.Note we did visit the restaurant to bring home(just eat and other food delivery services can forget items leaving customers really unhappy).
The staff are excellent, service was very quick,although the flavour of the new chips in my opinion is not the best ,bring back the thin crispy chips of a few years ago
Very nice food and the service I got was great. My food took 2 minutes longer than it should've and I was offered extra large fries and a large drink as an apology. Great customer service 👏👏👏
Take away during lockdown. Easy. Drive thru was busy. Better off getting out the car and using order booth inside. Much easier. Quick too. Friendly staff
Food was lovely, I'm usually careful with chicken, service could have been quicker if the staff stopped flirting with eachother but teens will be teens, go for it! Krushems there are nice!
It's quite a small location, it offers, eat in, takeaway, delivery services and a drive through and is overall my number one location for KFC.
The food usually gets to you quite fast, typically mine can take 5 minutes depending on how busy the store is and what I've ordered, but the time is still faster than other fast food restaurants I've been to.
It offers a wide range of food though their screens sometimes dont show 60% of the menu though this has only happened one time. It's a great place to go once you've finished your shopping or just want to drop in for some food.
