Always helpful and pleasant if you need anything. My only criticism is that every single time we've been in there we can't get a receipt out of the machine,this is important because there has been a couple of occasions where they've brought over our order and something is missing off of it! Its just easier to prove that you did order it.

Clean & tidy. Look forward to returning.. Only thing I have against McDonald resturant is how small toilets are. No social distancing as everything is close together along with the tiny cubercals.

A group of us went on quiet mid morning, just after it had been closed for refurbishment. The refurb has made it much smoother and more welcoming. We ordered using the self service screens, but contactless was not working on here, with no signs letting is know. Luckily 1 of our group had their physical card, so they paid for the majority and another had the bright idea of using the app which worked. Not a massive issue, but if I hadn't had my friends with me, I would have been stuck (only 1 friend was smart enough to think of the app!)

I just wanted to share a positive experience with a member of staff at this mcdonalds - he couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or engaging. Really kind to my daughter and really set a wonderful example of great customer service.

Visiting from the US and mistakenly left my bag behind at McDonald's on Barrett Road in Norwich, with money, credit cards and all my travel documents and ID I believe it was the manager went through the trouble of finding me at my hotel. He returned my bag and had me confirm the contents were intact. Unfortunately I forgot to ask his name as I would love to send a thank you!

I usually like to grab breakfast every morning. But the staff here messed up my order twice in a row when trying to correct it and then just ignored me and made me wait when I went back to get the problem sorted. I usually give the workers the benefit of the doubt because they’re mostly uni students but whoever is on the morning shift are incompetent and ignorant and belong nowhere within a hospitality workplace. Dreadful customer service. This is also after the new big refurbishment

Popped in after a theatre trip. As older folk, we weren't sure how to order on the big boards, so we asked a staff member. She was more than happy to help. She explained all the options. We found a seat and waited for our orders. The area was constantly tidied and cleaned, and the toilets were clean, too. All staff were helpful even though it was very busy. The food was lovely. We really enjoyed it. No photos. Got stuck in too quickly
