My husband has had to have eye surgery 4 times since December. The staff at the Nelson Day Centre and the Eye Clinic are so caring and helpful and the Consultant Mr Sabatino is the best, so patient and reassuring and excellent at his job. Today after 5 months my husband was finally discharged. A hu
I visited the A&E department yesterday with a chest issue. I had blood test, ECG test and X-ray. Everything was done under 4 hours which is absolutely sensible for me. The staff here is really nice and professional.
I'd like to thank all the staff here for being so wonderful. I've been here a good few times. And not once have I had any issues. The staff here are absolutely amazing and so caring. Wait times for me have been in and out in just a few hours. The set up is amazing. It's clean and so up to date. Plea
I unfortunately had to take a trip to the NNUH A&E on Wednesday as I dislocated my knee at home. Although it was very busy when I went, the staff were amazing. From the second I walked through the door the lovely lady offered me a wheelchair and told me what to do and where I needed to go (I'd never
I have been so consistently impressed with NNUH compared to other hospitals in the UK. The staff here are lovely, and when I unfortunately had to visit A and E, there was literally no queue whatsoever! Consistently excellent service and treatment. Well done ✅

My son has spent over 24 hours on Buxton Ward and I have to say, yesterday we were treated so well. Matt (the Staff Nurse) in particular was outstanding and very attentive. I think Fridays can be a bit slower however, as our nurse today has only been to see us once (to give pain medication) and it’s

Friendly staff as always nice and spacious waiting rooms. I was surprised how quiet the outpatients department was for the afternoon. Also I'm surprised there's so many places to get a drink from there's little coffee shops all over the place. Disabled carparking was a bit awkward due to small numbe
We was in major's and we had a staff member (Alex with pink hair) who was so understanding and trying his hardest to help me anyway possible
Excellent patient care from the orthopaedic surgeon and his colleague. The nursing team and porter team were so busy, the surgeon acted and wheeled me down to the theatre himself. it was a refreshing act of kindness. The aftercare was excellent from the surgeon his colleague and the nursing staff.
