The young lad Alex was very helpful today and I think he should get employee of the month! His communication skills with the public was amazing, and he was very polite when I asked him for a straw and sweet curry dip. He puts faith in the future of this generation, as well as the future of McDonaldโs!

So, we went to Asda in Norwich, and guess what? There was a McDonald's right there! ๐ฎ We were totally surprised! Naturally, we decided to try out their new stuff and used the self-service machines at the checkout. I thought it would be cool to scan my card and earn those precious points using the McDonald's app on my phone. But hey, the touch screen was a bit finicky. I had to keep pressing it multiple times before it responded. ๐ฒ๐ค
Now, onto the best part: the food! I went all out and ordered twenty Chicken McNuggets, a mozzarella sharebox, two large fries, and two drinks. Hungry much? ๐ We opted for table service, and boy, was I impressed! The time it took for our food to arrive at our table from the moment we ordered was crazy fast! ๐๐๐ฅค
And let me tell you, everything was cooked to perfection. Each bite was pure bliss! We savored every moment of our meal. ๐ I couldn't help but notice how the other staff members were diligently cleaning up the other tables. It created such a fantastic sense of teamwork in the place. It was refreshing to witness! In fact, I dare say it was even better than my local McDonald's. ๐๐ฏ
Made a massive mistake after a long day and managed to send my app order to Longwater, not the Asda branch. Great customer service by George, who was very patient, helpful and made sure I knew how to deal with getting my order refunded as he couldn't do it in store. 5* service.
With regards to the virus and staying in as advised. It was nice to get out for a while. It's lovely having two of my favourite places under the same roof. McDonald's is very well partitioned off. I felt pretty safe about the virus. And I just did what is advised to do.
Does what it says on the tin. Enjoyed The Spicy Spanish Stack. Lots of salad in it, probably too much. The McPlant is decent for a plant based customer. Service was reasonable. Bit weird it being in an Asda but there you go. The toilets are at the front of the Asda rather than in McDonalds. Expect Asda customers to be in there, if you know what I mean.
Who ever the guy was who was taking the money in the drive thru yesterday at around 16:45, he's a legend. His customer service and cheerful attitude were inspired.
I am extremely surprised that my food came in the matter of less than 7 minutes and it was piping hot and tasty. Admirations to the staff and cooks in the kitchen! :-)
Good food. McD is located inside ASDA. You also refill your own cups so you can abuse it and get some free refills however I think it's prohibited here.
No drive through medium sized seating area.
I think it's brilliant that you can do your shopping and have lunch all under one roof! It would be even better if there was more seating and they had their own toilet though
Staff was really nice and the food was great, really liked the fries. Service was fairly speedy even when some of the staff was not available, family was just as satisfied as I was.
Amazing today I orderd at this mcdonalds for 2 burgers 2 fries and three drinks it came to my table quickly food tasted fresh and my milkshake actually tasted like a vanila milkshake I highly recommend
Popped in for a coffee and doughtnut. Quick table sevice excellent. Not many people as it was early in the morning. Did enjoy my treat.
