Amazing food, chilli chips were lush. ‘Freddie Man’ served me a little man ( showed in the picture) which I didn’t order.
Delicious food, freshly cooked, lots of lovely flavours. We especially enjoyed the chow mein and chilli salt chicken.
Honestly, I can’t even put into words how good the chilli salt chips from here are. I used to live nearby and got them all the time, but I moved away and hadn’t had them for 3 years. I’d thought about them a lot so they were top of my list to eat when I got back to Norwich, and they were even better than I remembered. The chips are crunchy, spicy and flavoursome, the little fried bits of celery and chilli are like crack, and the portion size is huge - enough to feed 3 people. I cannot stress this enough that you need to eat these chips.
Best chinese in the world!!!! super friendly service from lily and magnus and would 1,000,000% buy from here again as the chilli chips are to die for, i would do terrible things just to get my hands on those gorgeous, mouthwatering chilli chips. P.S. please add delivery as i can’t be bothered to walk as i’m lazy and i am overweight and travelling is quite a vice.
Ordered family take-away this evening: chilli chips were super. First time for us but highly recommended. Chinese vegetables a great addition and to top it all Cantonese sweet and sour chicken.
We have always enjoyed visiting this happy, family-run eatery and will be going back to try more tempting fare.

Each time we order the food and service has been great!
This time I ordered a dish I have not ordered from Hong Kong Fusion before. Beef in Black Bean sauce with green peppers.
It was sooo nice and I can honestly say it was the nicest I have had from any Chinese restaurant ever! :-)

Great service. Quick turn around on the order. Food was delicious. You can't beat chilli salt squid. In fact anything they do with chilli salt. Beef was tender. Peppers had just the right amount of bite.
The best Chinese in Norwich! Worth the trek wherever you live, would recommend the char-sui (bbq roast pork) buns, or any of the dumplings to start! You can’t go wrong with chilli salt anything and the beef in blackbean sauce is my favourite! Amazing flavours and so accommodating for if you have specific dietary requirements like I do. The staff are so friendly and are always more than happy to answer any questions you may have - even better now they take card!
Great experience on a Sunday evening. Lovely helpful young chap on the front desk. Very professional and friendly. Decent prices, especially if you get the set menu deals! And the food was lovely! :) big portion sizes and good quality. Definitely reccomend the Tofu in Black Bean Sauce.
Hong kong is back! After some time shut, HK Fusion is back and we had a great takeaway the other night. Tofu is 👌👌👌
When we used to live in the city, this was our go to Chinese takeaway. The food was always hot, tasty, on time and was generous portion sizes. It's a shame they don't deliver, but it's worth the drive if you're not in walking distance. Also they're one of the few places in Norfolk that do chili salt chips. You can ask other takeaways to do them, but nothing comes close to theirs.

Friendly woman taking the orders, generous portion sizes, very large choice of dishes at reasonable prices. The sweet & sour balls were overcooked unfortunately, they were rock hard so had to be binned. Everything else was hot and tasty.
Excellent Chinese takeaway. Now, I can't profess to have tried every Chinese takeaway in Norwich, however, as far as I'm concerned (based on the many I have tried), this is easily the best in Norwich. The old classics I've got from there over the last 25 years are just as good as they always were and the new things they've added are excellent too. The only slight downside is that they don't deliver but I'd happily walk/drive "the extra mile" to pick it up myself.
The best Chinese in Norwich (also better than anything ive tried living in Kent and Cambridge). The spring rolls are girthy and stay rigid, The crispy beef is tangy and balanced and most importantly crispy. I have tried about half of the menu at this point and I am so happy to see it on norwich eats delivery!

This is the best Chinese takeaway in the golden triangle. My recommendations are the Cantonese sweet and sour chicken, the fusion special curry which comes with rice or chips and the crispy chili beef. The cooking times are normally in the region of ten to fifteen minutes so you need to get down there fast!
There are a few short term parking spaces to the side or if you can't find one try one of the other side roads.
I think this takeaway used to be linked to the restaurant on Prince of Wales road which was equally good on quality and price.
There is always a bumper pot of fortune cookies at the side of you want to grab those while you pick up and if you do get there early they normally have a tv on and the days papers to browse through while you wait for your food.
They also have a great selection of starters and set menus. Most of the dishes are in the four to five pound range so very competitively priced
Never been sure if they deliver or not but I generally pop in the supermarket next door so I don't mind driving to collect.
At the moment they are not own on a Tuesday but who eats takeaway on a Tuesday anyway!
You can normally grab a paper copy of the menu while you collect for planning the next order!
