Friendly, hardworking staff and good choice on the menu. I had the cajun salmon salad which was full of flavour and not too filling.
Very quick service food was lovely and good price.
Burgers were incredible, good value for money and theming in restaurant pretty sick since the transition from Artorio's. Ideal place to go for a moderately priced cheeky lunch date. Cocktails were nice also.
Able to walk in and get a table. Service a little slow. Food was served hot and nice.

Went for lunch with my friend, we had a lovely meal & the staff were all great! The only bad thing was the strawberry 🍓 daiquiri 🍹 it was a pre mix thing not very nice 😕

I've been here twice with a group and both times have been lovely experiences! The food portions are generous sizes and the staff have always been very welcoming and friendly.
The menu has plenty to choose from on the starters and mains section and the food is so filling!
I would rate it five stars if there was a few more dairy free options on the desert menu (three of the people in my group have lactose intolerance and felt that the desert menu didn't have many options for them).

I visit this Fatsos once every few months or so, each time its been fantastic. Very friendly staff, plenty of seating. Place is clean. Menu has a varied selection.
Even when it's busy, the service it very fast.
Prices have risen slightly since I first went a few years ago but still very good value for money. Perfect placement with nearby parking at Riverside multi story car park.
Took the parents out for a meal, wasn't disappointed! I had the chicken and pulled pork, dad has southern fried chicken and mom had a fajita. Food was amazing, very filling, not enough room for dessert, the place was empty, so our service, from a lovely Scottish lady was spot on.
Had a brilliant experience at this restaurant today! I came up to Norwich to visit the university I will be attending next year, my parents went to fatsos while I met up with some course mates.
They loved it so much that they took me back with them the next day as we stayed overnight, my dad got chicken and steak fajitas which I tried which were absolutely gorgeous while I got a burger and curly fries. The portion sizes are huge! You really can't complain about them at all.
Our waitress was really lovely too! Very attentive, remembered my parents from the day before, brought our drinks over quickly & checked all was okay with our food.
Would highly recommend to eat here if you are in or visiting Norwich, it's a lovely place to eat!

I visited the company's newest restaurant at Riverside today and was not disappointed. Portion sizes are very generous and everything was exceptionally fresh and tasty.
The waiting staff were very friendly and food turned up very quickly considering we were a table of seven people.
Their pulled pork burrito is to die for and the thick shakes certainly plug the last remaining spaces left in one's stomach.
Will certainly be visiting again and highly recommend Fatso's to anyone looking for a good meal in the area.
We booked as an after cinema treat for lunch. After an average/normal meal the last time we went, (pre-covid) I have to say that this time the service and food were fantastic. The server was lovely and friendly, the food was exactly what we wanted and was served very quickly, with great sized portions. Thank you
