Went for Sunday dinner, and not only was the table service warm and friendly. The food was fantastic. Home cooked steak and kidney pie, home cooked stuffing which was lovely. Choice of 3 x meats from there very generous carvery. And if all this wasn't enough the price was so cheap. I thought we had
Lovely meal, very reasonable price and good service. The freshly cooked carvery was delicious and the turkey was moist!!! I was so surprised at how brilliant the food was (especially as it was absolutely packed) and we were sat at our table almost immediately. I will be going back regularly! ☺️
Beautiful venue, with good views, a big car park, and good lighting inside. I found the bar staff friendly and the food was nice, this is certainly a good place to hire if you are looking for somewhere to hire for a private function.
Large pub and car park. Varied menu including bar snacks. Very clean and comfortable including modern toilets. Lost one star as it could have done with the heating on and I had a TV in one ear and piped music in the other.
Had a meal here with my family. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the owners are very welcoming. The T-bone steak and seafood tagliatelle are exemplary.
Can't tell you how fantastic the food is here, all home cooked by one amazing chef. Never had a bad meal. And always a warm friendly welcome . Shirley and Tony top couple.
Always good food and excellent service. A good venue for our W.I. Christmas party.
We had a warm welcome in the evening. A great pint at the bar and fine fish and chips. The service was excellent.
Lovely family meal while on holiday. Great quality food & service despite these challenging times. The owners / staff worked super hard to make sure all guests were looked after, whilst ensuring health & safety guidelines are met. We’ll definitely be back when we return to this lovely part of Norfol

Good tasty wholesome fresh food. Lots of it. Well cooked. Food served nice and hot, on hot plates. Lovely owners who run pub and restaurant. Did not have to wait to receive our food and there were more than 50 people in the restaurant area and still more in the bar and elsewhere as people were c
Very friendly great family pub/restaurant. Friday evening fish and chips absolutely delicious and they serve a homemade steak and kidney pie second to none. Sunday carvery superb. Very generous helpings. Also serve lunchtime meals Tues to sat. Good menu. Large secure garden where they serve a great
The jolly farmer well deserves this 5 star as the interior is well laid out. The food is freshly cooked; the plates were nice and warm with the food at the right temperature. The staff are also really nice to talk to. Overall this is a really nice place to eat your food.
