A tranquil and historic oasis you wouldn't expect in the north of Norwich! Go for a walk in the Park then go to the Britannia Cafe for a coffee, tea or lunch and a bonus that the toilets are modern and clean!
Nice little park! It has parking that even though small never is full. The kids play area during summer months has a fantastic water play area with lots of water fun (bring your spare clothes and towels). Also nice gardens and small fields to walk around and let the dog stretch there legs. The cafe
Superb cafe, run by superb people, in a tranquil location, and just round the corner for me. I walk the dog in Waterloo park quite often, and this is perfect place to stop in for a drink, or even a full lunch. Great food, all served by polite and helpful people. Highly recommended.
Great little cafe, cake tasted really good and homemade. They allow well behaved dogs inside. Absolutely love the reasons behind the cafe and hopefully the community will get to keep it just as it is.
Really lovely café style restaurant set in a beautiful park. Gorgeous gluten free cakes and also gluten free sandwiches and toasties too. Delicious selection of hot chocolate & coffees. The meals are excellent, tasty and large too, e.g Ham, eggs and chips for £7.95 excellent value for money. Highly
The park is nice and the café is well presented inside and nicely decorated and maintained. Nice touches are the ceiling decoration and the pictures and mirrors on the walls. In particular the toilets would not be out of place in an upmarket hotel. The food is fine for a café and barista coffee and
Went there instead of our original choice for a day out. I'm unable to walk far and this place was excellent, loads of seating and plenty of room for every one. Cafe Beittania was top class, lovely food drink and ice cream. All round excellent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I was very impressed with my first visit to the café. It was nice and clean and caters for all people and children. Has a very good choice of food on the menu. .
I was sad that the Waterloo Park pavillion, such a beautiful local asset, had sat neglected and unused for so long. I am very happy that Park Britannia has set up home there. The café has breathed life back into the park. I hope that the upstairs space will be utilised fully for and by the local com
Friendly helpful staff. Reasonably priced drinks and food. Nice decor definitely worth a visit. Can get very busy at peak times though.
Great venue, also outdoor seating if preferred. Great selection of drinks. I did not explore the food menu and neither can I comment on pricing.
Good quality breakfast (loved the sausages) and reasonably priced too... nice little spot to stop off for a coffee at and has brought new life to the park which is always good!
Surprisingly good for a walk . There is a cafe too
