Love Aldiss, its how shops should be. Quality furniture and reasonable prices. Plus household goods, from curtains & carpets, to dinner sets to teaspoons. There's also a lovely little cafe where the ladies are so welcoming. All the staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. A joy to shop there.

Brilliant department store. We went to look at sofas but this place had so much more. We have listed a sofa that we like but the surprise was the utilities section. We bought a bread bin but had a good look round at the cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils on sale. The coffee shop was lovely too.
Love the customer service here - even for the smallest never pushy, just helpful. Great offers on Christy towels and kitchen gadgets this week. Went in for a 30cm frying pan but the max size was 28cm. Spotted a large Tower pressure cooker near the pans that was cheaper than on Amazon - buy local!
Not the cheapest, but high quality furniture and fittings. Sale offers good value and helpful (but not pushy) sales team. Ample parking.
Been using this store for many years, and have purchased kitchen equipment to a three piece suite, and everything else in between.
Staff always super helpful and do not pressure you.
.........oh, and there's a nice coffee shop too.
