I stayed here with my father for a Navy reunion event. Had a wonderful time and our servers and bar staff for the event were absolutely wonderful. Food was so nice, and service 2nd to none. Thank you.

The rooms are spacious, ample desk space and a good mattress.
The air-conditioning is too cold no matter what setting. They must have known that because they put a small oil filled radiator in the room. This will get some heat trip the room alleviating the cold AC.
The room has a connecting door to the room next to it. This door has poor sound insulation which means you can clearly hear the guests next door. If the room next door is empty, your stay will be fine. If there are talkative guests next door, you'll have a challenge to get to sleep.
A lot of door slamming noises as well.
Bathroom had a powerful shower and walk-in version. Good space. Body wash, shampoo, hand soap provided.
The breakfast buffet is 10 out of 10. Vegan, UK, continental, everything is there in ample supply.
Dinner is not as good. Limited menu and expensive for what you get. There are places near to go easy a bit cheaper.
Good gym with plenty of apparatus. Pool was closed.
Location close to the airport. Walking distance. City center at 40 minute walk.
Parking plenty but you'll have to pay for it. 5 a day.
Hotel staff all very friendly, helpful and welcoming especially to my young sons. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and good swimming pool.
Great stay to this holiday inn! Nice little pool for the kids, gift packs for them, very tasty breakfast and super friendly and informative team. Cindy in particular very helpful, thank you for a great stay!

Very good restaurant, fresh, plenty choices and a very good breakfast.
A hairdryer in the bathroom would be handy.
Ideal location for a business trip, next to the airport.
Typical airport hotel. Decent food and well stocked bar. Buffet breakfast has a well cooked and varied selection.
Friendly reception staff too.
I stayed here overnight on a coach outing to Thursford. The hotel was very comfortable and the food was nice. The bathroom was good apart from the very small wash basin, difficult for a male having a wash and shave.
We've now stayed at Holiday Inn Norwich International Airport four times, that included Xmas 2022 and 2023.
The staff there are excellent, always so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Like milk for my tea. I bring my own tea and teapot. They always supply me with a small jug of fresh milk.
Special thanks to Seb (Sebastian) who on our stay in October and this week was extremely helpful. particularly with the ice that he supplied me with for my Cryo Sleeve for my knee (recent knee replacement). Lauran was very helpful on checking in. Georgina on reception too was very helpful with our requests.
Holiday Inn Norwich International Airport is prefect for our explorations into North Norfolk and seeing our sons family in West Norwich.
Everyone at the hotel is so approachable. It's also nice that we are remembered by the staff, probably because of my wife's Hearing Dog Rico.
We love this hotel and pretty much everything about it.
Breakfasts have improved and are excellent.
Was a lovely surprise after other recent experiences to find someone on the desk to check you in and to find they remain there constantly. There were.one or two minor issues but they were very quickly resolved. The breakfast was awesome!
Stayed here for 5 nights. Some issues but dealt with quickly. Friendly staff. Good location for visiting around Norfolk. Dog friendly.
Room was clean and it did the job.
I wanted to be close to airport as early flights.
Staff was friendly, drinks and food prices high but thats normal for these places.
I think if they have more reasonable they for sure do more business.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel.
The room was fantastic and the restaurant / breakfast bar was also top.
Great central location. Went for a function, bar service was good, food was OK and the service was good.
Just here for a function.
The car park was rammed and I would too small to cater for both hotel and function room hire!
The staff, though, were all great, proactively helpful...
The Lancaster Suite is of circular design and can be laid out in a seating only audience manner or with dinning tables. It has a stage and good sized bar.
Located within 100m of the airport terminal is ideal for those early or late flights
The hotel has had a makeover in the Front foyer and large function room since I last visited.
Hotel very clean, parking can be a challenge but I was able to find a space.
Staff friendly and professional.
I didn't stay over so I can't comment on the rooms, however the Hotel gave a very warm welcoming feel.
Perfect location for P&R in to the City and for Norwich Airport.
Not stayed here but visit often for a breakfast business networking meeting. Typically feel pretty well looked after.
