First time at Five Guys. Was very expensive but the food was significantly better than other burger places found in this country.
The size of the serving was actually quite big however and didn’t leave me hungry which can make the high price seem less of an issue.

Bit expensive but huge portions absolutely loads of chips you certainly won't leave hungry. Burger was decent quality
Don’t be fooled by how the beef burger looks because that burger was a 10/10!!And the spicy fries that we ordered on top was so hot, crispy and thick.Love it.And the portion was huge so no complaints.But the only downside to Five Guys is the price, it’s is a bit on the steep side and I dun think it’
5 guys have been my favourite burger place joint since I tasted it for the first time. The one is Norwich is no exception as well. Such fresh burgers and fries. Friendly and helpful staff and is quite spacious with seating on 2 floors. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely burger and very nice fries, eating out of a foil wrapper not so good, but it's my fault , bit old fashioned that way
I always get a custom grilled cheese! Best thing to get on the menu! Couldn’t recommend it enough! Fresh food always! Amazing atmosphere! So delicious! I love how you always get so many more extra fries!
Delicious burgers, the price has put me off in the past, but glad I tried them, because they are Delicious.
Plus the free nuts, and selection of burger toppings included in the price are great.
By far one of the best places to come for a good tasting, filling burger. I love a good burger and no where else comes as close to the good burgers you can get a Five Guys. Defiantly worth the money!

First time at a 5Guys, and have to say it was amazing!! The burgers were outstanding, the fries to die for, and endless drink(if wanted). But the service, was second to none, friendly, polite, helpful, can't fault it, will definitely be coming back next time we're in Norwich. Well done all 🙂
Absolutely amazing, me and my partner went a few weeks ago and mistakenly ordered two bacon burgers instead of bacon cheeseburgers. The servers were very nice about it and helped us quickly in ordering the cheese we forgot.
The staff were excellent!! Nothing was too much trouble and they really helped me out considering I was on crutches. Everyone working with a smile and they seem like a lovely bunch!!
Large portions, and quick "fast food" style restaurant, you order up the counter, everything is sold individually. i would recommend the small fries, as this i'd consider a very large portion, very salty; but I thought they tasted nice. First time coming in and I’m amazed. Ordered a cheeseburger with the spicy Cajun fries and a pistachio milkshake which was one of the best meals I ever had. Will definitely come back for more.
Five guys is always lovely. Just a bit too pricey though. Also wish they offered halal. I'm sure they lose many customers because they don't offer halal. I just had a strawberry drink which was great.
