Great use of a retired double decker bus. Located in the village hall car park. Covered outside seating as well as top deck seating with view of nearby Mulbarton Common. Friendly staff. Enjoyed coffee & a huge piece of cake. Not too expensive.
Really fun way to enjoy your tea and cake. Lots of options of drink, cake & sandwiches. Very friendly service. Good view over the common. Seating outside too for warmer days although you cannot see the common from there.
Excellent service to dine in the upper floor of the bus or a gazebo by the side
Plenty of parking
Service with a smile
Cash or bank transfer only for payment
Cream tea was excellent. Coffee and cake, breakfast and brunch baguettes all excellent
Highly recommended
Went on a Friday morning in September to meet a friend. Lovely quaint cafe. Food was delicious - the carrot cake was one of the best I've ever tasted and the cheese scones were warmed up 😊. The customer service was friendly. They even had a basket of toys to keep little people busy. Only reason I g
Fabulous new find. Had scones, cream and jam they were Fabulous tasty warm and definitely come back another day . Staff friendly, professional and helpful.
Fun place for an excellent afternoon tea… recently took my Dad for his 70th Birthday and it was very good… great service good prices fun atmosphere.
Lovely quirky cafe in the heart of Mulbarton. The food was good, portions were small for the price. We ordered 2 sandwiches, tea for two and a small slice of cake cost over £20, so do check prices before ordering as web info is very out of date. This cafe only accepts cash payments, contrary to info
We went on a Saturday morning which meant the parking was very difficult. But the service was lovely and the food great. It is CASH ONLY
Lovely food, sandwiches nice and fresh. Cakes to die for and a perfect cup of tea.
Lovely quaint, but yummy cafe. Stopped off for a bacon and egg roll, and cake. Nice coffee, lovely food, and friendly staff. The bus setting is quite unique and we'll worth a visit.
Great experience, friendly. Afternoon tea was lovely. Best scones ever
We had a wonderful afternoon tea celebration for my mum's birthday. The hosts couldn't do enough to ensure our experience was above and beyond. The fresh sandwiches, cakes, and scones were delicious. This is a highly recommended café to visit. You will not be disappointed. Vegetarian and special die
Nice spot for breakfast or lunch.
An old double decker bus converted into a cafe, with additional outside seating.
The food was good, the serving staff seemed be young ( teenage ) girls who we very efficient and friendly.
Awesome spot for cake, can't wait to try the homemade cheese scones.
Surprised how cheap most things where.
They recommend booking, as space on the bus is very limited, but they accommodated us so well.
Just a perfect cosy breakfast setting. Lovely place, staff always smiling no matter how cold it is. Tasty breakfasts with quality ingredients and huge cakes I've yet to taste as I'm always full. Looking forward to summer.
Such a cute and quaint little venue.
Perfect little stop off on a summers walk!
Hot and cold food & drink available. Friendly staff and the option to sit outside or.. top deck!
I have been a regular customer here for over a year now and thought the staff were so friendly. I then became a staff member and worked for Blakey's and I can honestly say it was a pleasure to be apart of their wonderful team. The team were so welcoming and was a wonderful place to work. The food is
Loved Blakeys was so qwerky and quaint, would reccomend it to anyone who wants something in a diffrent setting. Just be warned the stairs to top deck are steep. But they have seating on ground level on nice days.
Had afternoon tea with a group of friends. Such a novel idea & the bus is done out really lovely. Portion sizes were very generous & service was very good. Only minor quibble was the lack of heating on the bus, so it felt quite cold at times.
