Awesome little pub. And a lovely carvery too. Staff are all friendly and helpful.
Best Sunday roast I’ve ever had in a pub and better than many home roasts too (cos nothing is as good as your granny’s right?) Friendly and efficient service in a proper English pub with a great atmosphere. Great experience.
Lovely roast, came with veg, cauliflower cheese and extra gravy! Was our second week in a row going to temple bar for Sunday lunch and it was fantastic both times! The only thing missing was a bit of stuffing… but apart from that an amazing roast at a great price too!
The best Sunday roast I've had in a pub for years. I had the belly pork, huge portion of meltingly tender meat, with generous portion of roasties. Delicious red cabbage, assorted veg and cauliflower cheese, lashings of gravy absolutely delicious. You can't book, you'll probably have to wait for a ta

What a find! Best Sunday roast I’ve had in a pub! And the bar staff are fantastic!
Best roast I've had in Norwich. Just look at that cauliflower cheese. Busy getting served but it's worth every bit of waiting!
My partner and I arrived on a very busy Sunday afternoon. It was obviously popular since it felt like we had walked into organised chaos! Greeted, promptly and efficiently by staff we waited at the bar for our table. The staff were working so hard ,and watching the team working together was a triump
Best Sunday roast in Norwich! Staff were all very nice, so don't really understand the negative reviews on here. It is a bar, not a restaurant, so not really sure what others were expecting in terms of being shown to their table and waited on, but I was very impressed! Everything exceeded my expect

Fantastic location, however, place could do with a major face-lift. Big outdoor area and the beer was reasonably priced. Also had a pool table. Good for what it is
Does not close till late. I had a drink with my friend outside last night. Reasonable pricing. Plenty of spaces to sit.
Brilliant Irish pub, actually run by an Irishman. Great craic. Superb Guinness. Great live music. Large outside area. Cannot fault this place. Always a warm welcome and a smile.
