My family and I have always come here ,always a great service ,plenty of choice to please everyone.. Food is very good indeed eat as little or as much as you like .. very good value for money would definitely recommend...x
Would highly recommend Riverbank Chinese Buffet. Such a huge selection of food, all beautifully cooked and nicely presented. Desserts are to die for too. Staff are incredibly efficient, dirty plates are taken away within minutes and all in all I think it is very good value for money.
Really large selection of different food, there was too much to try everything, but the food I did try was all really good, they also had a section where food was cooked to your order, & a very large desert section. This is one of the best Chinese buffets I have ever been too.
Lovely food and very friendly staff. Perfect for both lunch and dinner.
The food and service was excellant.Such a wonderful sellection. The staff very friendly and helpful will be bringing the family back soon.
Nice restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lunch buffet proved to be excellent value for money at only £6.50. Food was nice too.

Great place and varieties. Definitely recommend and will go again. Recommend their pork and beef. Loved them. 😍 And their button mushrooms.
Good. ALMOST authentic. Been back to this place today and this establishment definitely & consistently affords customers diverse choice and high quality authentic Euro-Chinese cuisine at commensurate prices.
My son took me here for mothers day. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely it is inside. There are lines of different kinds of food in large heated containers and you help yourself to what you want and you have as much or as little as you fancy. You can go up as many times as you like.
They also have many different types of desert too, that you can try and the same applies, with going up to get more, if you fancy seconds.
Including our drinks, it only came to £38,23p which for the amount of food we ate, was nothing, plus the cost of the drinks, which included a double vodka and lemonade and two pint glasses of coke.
The staff were extremely polite, professional and courteous.
The table was cleared as soon as a plate was finished.
I loved this place and can't wait to go back again. I can't recommend this place high enough. If you like Chinese food, this really is the place for you 😊
We come here quiet regularly. It is a really nice place. Always clean and tidy, plenty of choices. Especially in the evening although it does cost more than during the day but definitely worth it. The tepanyaki bar is my favourite with the fresh cooked king prawns and steak. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Would recommend
The evening selection is far better then the day time but this is reflected in price. The food is fresh, topped up regularly and overall of good buffet quality. The staff seem to be less invasive at the table then the once were, drink prices still too high imo.
Don't believe the bad reviews about this buffet, the food was tasty, fresh and hot. yes there was a few items missing but nothing to spoil your meal! Prices are lower than usual as they are running the dinner buffet during the evening.
Excellent value i thought for all you can eat, including dessert and a pint of Coca-Cola. Considering that the place was full of kids on a Saturday night, it was civilised and the food area was kept clean and restocked. Meal for two on a Saturday night worked out to be £35, and I have been known to pay more for one person.
Really good sweet and sour chicken. Friendly staff. Drinks were a bit pricey but that's expected at a buffet.
Especially love the COVID rules. No children allowed to get their own food and everyone needs mask and plastic gloves.
Always such great food & a pleasant experience. Restaurant is always clean, plenty of choice for food & the staff are always so friendly. If I could give 6 stars I would.
Good selection of main course dishes to choose from. Meat and fish cooked to order, very nice. Dessert selection disappointing. Aimed at children rather than adults. Shut early-ish at 10 pm we had to move on to look for somewhere else for coffee.
Ensure you make a reservation at busy times or you will be either disappointed or given a time frame in which to eat. Staff are very efficient at clearing your empty plates and bowls, usually as soon as you put your cutlery onto your empty plate, which adds to this rushed feeling. Kitchen staff are excellent at refilling empty containers so you don't have to wait long if something runs out. There is an area where you can have some meats cooked to order, though you may want to cut through the chicken if you had that to ensure it is thoroughly cooked as some of our group's chicken was on the pink side. The rest of the food is quite generic in a takeaway style with no real surprises and the seating is very open plan. So if you're hoping for something romantic find somewhere else to dine.
