Absolutely amazing venue, staff and atmosphere for a charity pub quiz last night! Staff were so helpful and organised!! Couldn't recommend a place more!!!

Came here as I heard they were breastfeeding friendly...amazing! Let me order from my chair so I didn’t have to lug the baby to the counter and then took my money to pay for me but manager brought out the coffee saying it was free as ‘life is too short’! Made my day and will DEFINITELY be coming again! Xx

I often come to Cafe Marzano as it has a lovely atmosphere right in the heart of the Forum. The coffee is delicious and yesterday we also sampled cake and pastries, rainbow cookies for the children and a bambinoccino. Helpful and friendly staff have everything organised. Very enjoyable!

The service is amazing, even when really busy, the staff being the counter are so friendly and are always on the ball. Despite the cafe being so packed, the baristas made my coffee very quickly. I do think the prices are a bit expensive compared to other places in Norwich, but I can't fault the excellent service.
The best place in Norwich for people watching! (Does that sound creepy?) Consistently really good coffee, a nice selection of soft drinks and wines. Only tried a few of their cakes and savouries as they're often sold out and possibly don't have the largest/most tempting selection compared to other places, but what they do have is decent. Also, good service with a smile.
Good coffee, great location and if you sit outside and look up at St Peter Mancroft's tower, see how many letter P's you can see!

A open place to sit, always lots of people and the paninis are good and lots to choose from. Can be very busy sometimes so staff often seem quite rushed (but it can't be helped). The cakes are also quite good and the cookies are delicious. A good study place.
Lovely lady unfortunately I didn't catch her name, soft brown blonde bob and glasses but she was very helpful. First time mum and unsure where to sit when breastfeeding. Calmed my nerves having individuals like herself who brought over my food and coffee and the glass of water was much appreciated.
I came here with a friend earlier and I've been here before every now and again.
The atmosphere is quite relaxed, giving classic coffee shop vibes with music playing quietly in the background.
I usually always get the cans of water but my friends say the coffees and drinks are pretty good :)

Always come here when I have a coffee craving and everything has already closed for the day. Delicious coffees. Delicious treats to pair with the coffee. I love stopping by and getting sit outside and be at peace.
5 stars just on service alone absolute delight. I had the pleasure of being served by Ryan today who went over and above with service offering to bring my coffee to me and also bringing a glass of water without me even asking but I did know i was in desperate need of it after running in with baby in my arms and shopping in the other as the weather had taken a turn for the worst. Very attentive staff who really do look after there customers every time I've been served in here its been by the most caring and happy people. I only just grabbed my reciept with his name on it before rushing out again so hopefully I have the right person. So just wanted to say thank you again.

Marzano has to be one of my favourite coffee spots in Norwich. Brilliantly placed with an epic view of the city centre. Competitively priced. The food is nice but I particularly like the coffee. The staff are attentive but not overbearing, but a special shout out for Chloe who always make our visits extra special. Worth a visit if you are in town
