Always great food and usually fantastic service. We have had one poor experience of service in the past but this is one of our favourite places to eat so decided to give it another go. Our waitress last night was excellent. Really friendly and could not do enough for us. Prices are very reasonable too!
I love going to pizza express! It's my favourite place to eat out. Great service, friendly staff and nice atmosphere plus great view out window. The calamari was delicious and so was burnt ends pizza. I can recommend it. Looking forward to my next visit with friends and family.
Pizza Express on St Benedicts in Norwich is a fabulous place for lunch in the city. We ordered the Funghi di Bosco, Dough Balls Al Forno, and Halloumi Bites, and everything was delicious.
The service was quick, and the food was clearly freshly prepared. The pizza was so good - far better than I expected.
It's a great place to have lunch if you're not looking for a very busy or crowded space in the city.
I had a wonderful recent visit to Pizza Express. The food was high quality and freshly made, the service was prompt, and the atmosphere was relaxed. It's a terrific option for lunch in Norwich.
It's been a long time since we visited this restaurant, temding to use the larger and less atmospheric Forum, mainly for convenience of location.
I'm pleased to say this restaurant has lost none of it's old charm and the food was spot on too.
One funny occurrence... my pizza cutter fell apart like a clowns car!
We came here for a pizza making party for my sister’s baby shower on Sunday 10th December. We were looked after so amazingly well by the incredible team, but particularly the manager Tyler. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone - we all had the best time!
Stunning service from the Gorgeous Rachel as always! She always makes us smile so much my cheeks hurt and provides all the extras to make my pizza even more enjoyable! I couldn’t fault her one bit, I love her and her snow ball dough balls to bits!

Fine except we booked a table for 7 pm and were told we booked it for 8pm ! This despite 4 phone calls to ensure they were ready. Apart from this their pizzas etc are very good and I suppose we can all make a mistake but they quickly rectified the situation and took off a bottle of presecco off the bill.
I took my extended family out this evening for a meal and was amazed how exceptional the experience was.
The food was to high quality for all courses with the standout being the mint and lime sorbet to finish the meal.
The atmosphere was calming with good lighting and layout.
The highlight was the staff and service. Magda served us and was so tentative and lovely with our orders.
I'd really recommend for a family night out
