Had a lovely meal Sunday evening. Cocktails were lovely and reasonably priced.
Food was fresh, hot and the choice was unbelievable!! Felt exactly like a posh all inclusive restaurant but with much more choice and the desserts were great.
Not a good place to go when you're on a diet!!!

Nice lunch, the choice is a little more limited at lunchtime but at £7.99 a shot who's complaining. Where else can you have sushi and salad, scampi and mushrooms, Thai noodles with all the trimmings and a spot of curry and what it down with cake and ice cream. I'm veggie (but eat fish) so my choice was limited slightly but everything is labelled and I didn't go hungry.
Really impressed. My kids loved it. Do try the Vietnamese prawns and the mushrooms. It's a shame this place will have to close after Brexit, because we won't be able to get enough food into our country. Staff were really friendly too. I hope Brexit gets canceled, so they will still be able to work here.
Went for granddaughters birthday (7 years old) she loves Cosmo staff were lovely we took a birthday cake and asked if it was ok to light candles at table, they offered to bring cake to table with candles lit and waitresses even sang with us . Food very good very attentive waitress lovely evening

We went for the very first time on thursday night and it was a very clean and friendly place. As soon as your finished eating your plates are cleared away ready for you to start again.
And you have 1 hr & 45mins to eat as much as you like.
Great place we will defently be going again. Worth every penny.

Great place to get together with like-minded friends and family.
Really good value and soooo many choices.
Hot food was lovely and hot.
Plenty of time to enjoy the food, and to try out some foods we hadn't tried before.
Was a bit noisy for chatting, but well worth a visit.
Would recommend this place.

Went to Cosmos in Norwich tonight. All the staff where excellent and well spoken. Spoke to Guy and he couldn't have been more welcoming.. Even on his break he came and spoke to us checking o everything. 20 out of 10 for that Guy. Food excellent Thanks For a nice night
Amazing selection of food and services are great. It was very busy on a Sunday evening but we managed to get a seat fairly quickly. Love the chocolate desert fountain and the ice cream were amazing. Also cocktails , my favourite one is strawberry daiquiri! Definitely will come back again !

We were so excited to visit Cosmo having been to one elsewhere before.
We had a rather tight timeline due to having to catch a train, so got to the restaurant just before 5pm and was surprised to see such a queue.
We were worried that we might not get to sample the delights. Likely come 5 the queue moved quickly. It appeared very well organised, whilst we waited inside briefly, we were soon directed up the escalator.
Upon arrival at the top, we had a very good input as to how the restaurant worked, we paid and directed to our table. The staff were super helpful, friendly and attentive.
There were plenty of posters advertising a birthday special, if your birthday is within the month of your visit between September and 2nd November 2023, you get your meal free. Although there was only two of us, it meant we could get one free.
Food.. the food was lovely.. so much choice. The freshly cooked food section was fabulous.. loved the seafood options, actual king prawns, the salmon was amazing and he calamari superb too.
I wasn't keen on the shredded Duck nor the Roast Gammon.
Our least favourite section was the desserts.. whilst they looked good.. they didnt taste great, not even the tubs of ice cream.
We would return if in the area.. certainly something for everyone here.
One of mine and my partners favourite places, sometimes we can be indecisive with what we want to eat. That is where we feel cosmos is good for us, cosmos has a very high variety of different food choices with different ranges of cuisine.
Staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Really lovely time at Cosmo! The staff were amazing and helpful, the food choices were brilliant and tasted good too! There are loads of kids running around annoyingly, but this is no fault of staff and moreso irresponsible parents/carer’s. I would definitely recommend going here, just hold onto your plates carefully in case a 5 year old goes running into you!
Really enjoyed our first ever Cosmo visit, won't be our last. Had to wait for a table at 7pm on a Monday, proves how popular it is. Amazing variety of cuisine from all around the world. Indian, Chinese, Italian and Sunday roast if you fancy it.
Some of desserts were a bit lacking in flavour, and ice cream machine was broken but these things happen I suppose. Overall, really good experience.
Our first visit to Cosmo. The range and quality of food was outstanding. The service was fantastic, very attentive, from reception to service. The Supervisor, Poppy, was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
We will be back very soon.
Great food, very tasty and freshly cooked hot, but I did go when they were very busy to be fair.
Some of the drink machine flavours had run out, so the choice there was limited.
If it wasn't for the cutlery I'd have given this only my second full score, but the handles on them were round and very slim, meaning they kept spinning found in your hand, very frustrating on all mouthfuls, and there was no option of using a dessert spoon, I had had to pinch some off a cart that was momentarily abandoned. I did look everywhere and could see all other available cutlery that was out, which left me a bit confused, but the solution soon presented itself 😁
Omg, the food and drinks are much better than 1 year ago I came here. The price has risen a little but is still worth for its service. Tepanyaki is cool, Indian curry with naans, dim sum and Chinese food is nice! Desserts look so beautiful and taste very good. Their cocktails really surprised me, you don’t need to go to a bar and enjoy high-quality drinks here.
Absolutely amazing food and staffs are really nice and helpful. I would recommend the tepayaki eg. grilled squid, king prawns and salmon. I recommend 100% to go there. Had such a great time.
Went first time today at lunchtime. I was surprised at the quality of the food as i didn't think it would be so good because they do so much. The whole family really enjoyed it and we will definitely be going back. 👍
Cosmo is our go-to whenever we want to eat a lot of food. The quality of food is okay, don't expect much. The choices of food however are really good. There is Chinese, Indian, Western (roast, pizza, pasta, chicken), Japanese, and a whole lot of desserts to choose from. We come here with family and friends. Good price for a buffet and they honour the Blue Light card of NHS workers (10% off). Worth going if you are hungry and not sure what to eat as there is always something for everyone!

So much choice , pay one price and eat as much as you want. Lovely to try new dishes.
The carvery was disappointing, tho the meats were tender .if you are expecting a carvery only then I'd go elsewhere but for a large family with all tastes there is plenty for everyone.

Really nice place to get food. We went to celebrate a birthday and found it was lovely. We had younger children with us who take a little while to eat. So when we were still eating desert we were told we had to leave as we were over our time... the place had plenty of tables free sonic wasn't like they needed the tables. Then we were changing the little ones nappy and the kids using the toilets when they walked past the table and said loudly "they are still here," into the headpiece.
If they were after the tables that is fair enough but they weren't!
