Im coeliac so always worry about where to eat as not everyone caters for me. They had a complete gluten free menu and offered suggestions to alter the regular menu so i had so much choice. The food was incredible. Will def be back
Had a lovely meal at the Norwich place. The food was great and the service was good if you understand the concept of it coming out at different times. I would rather it that way so it's not getting dried out under heat lamps. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well done to you all.
This was our first, very much spur of the moment, visit, but it won't be our last. I had a jinzu fever gin and tonic to drink. Very much like any g&t but with a punch, lovely! We then had chicken teriyaki donburi and chicken Katsu curry, both of which were delicious. I finished with a coconut reika (ice-cream) which was creamy and refreshing. My husband can't stop raving about the white chocolate and ginger cheesecake. He did let me try some and I have to agree with him. All in all a great meal and service by very helpful staff.
What a lovely meal! All the staff were so lovely and friendly, and the food was outstanding. I used to be a regular when I lived in norwich and I haven't visited for quite some time I cannot believe I forgot how tasty everything is. My cousin had not been before and he was thrilled.
Best meal ever! In with my son for his first time and celebrating his 18th and he was so impressed with the food!!! Thank you for a brilliant meal on his special day!!!!
Today I got a take out from the wagamama Norwich restaurant, unfortunately one meal was left out of the bag, when we realized and contacted them, they were incredibly apologetic and offered to send the meal to us in a taxi, this arrived very quickly. The food itself tasted just as good as in the restaurant. Thanks for being so helpful and for the great food. The extra mile in sending it was really appreciated as it was for my Grans 90th. Thank you!
never been to Wagamamas before as don't live near to a restaurant but on visiting Norwich had a meal with my parents and teenage son. All I can say is WOW!! Service excellent, food excellent, very busy but all staff very attentive.
Our First visit to wagamama and our first date night out since having our baby girl 3 months ago! Definitely an excellent choice, fast service which didn't compromise the quality of the food at all. Wonderful fresh tasty flavours. Love the option of fresh fruit smoothies. Thankyou to the waitress who took the time to sit down and explain the menu to us (didn't catch her name but she had a beautiful elephant tattoo on her arm) will definitely be returning to try more on the menu �x
Love the new vegan menu! Staff couldn't have been more helpful and generally interested in the food they were serving, even recommending dishes. This was the Norwich WAGGAMAMMAS.
We had a wonderful time on my sons 9th Birthday, 7 very loud boys. The food was wonderful, cleared their plates. The staff were excellent, welcoming , friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The much needed pinot grigiot tasted like nectar and the service was fast and efficient. Full marks, looking forward to going back with less boys �

Been to Wagamamas quite a few times, usually very happy with the food and the most recent time was no exception, as it was delicious and so full of flavour.
Staff are friendly and it's usually quite a busy atmosphere.
Popular and busy restaurant close to the centre of Norwich. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. I would particularly recommend the chicken hot pot. Perfect for a wintry evening. There was a minor issue with my partner's order and it was addressed promptly by the manager. Excellent customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

Overall great time. Just a couple things I think were not too great. There weren’t many staff around and it was hard to find someone to ask questions about the food or order. We were sat almost 10mins before someone came over to take our order. And I think they could have been friendlier when they approached us. Nevertheless the food was good and the vibe was great too.

Wow, the vegan Shu's Shiok Jackfruit tastes phenomenal! I'm a truly stuffed and satisfied vegan, this is super good. A hearty warming, colorful and vibrant bowl where heaps of chilli spice and paste are a fantastic combo.
I took a whim and trusted the kind servers fantastic recommendation, it was a safe bet for sure! I also tried out the Yasai Dumplings which weren't bad, I'd love a bit more matcha and shitaake filling if possible.
A nice chilled vibe and clean modern eatery makes the place an always go-to for me and a purpose to actually eat here when on trips to the UK to be honest.
Wagamamas is awesome, love the style, efficiency, service and delicious menu which caters a great amount of pan Asian fusion dishes for vegans, veggies etc. This joint always has something to offer for everyone, I love it!
I would love if Wagamamas can invest in good reusable chopsticks (I ended up using my own) to help prevent unnecessary recycling and the single use ones are garbage.

Went at about 3pm, it was quite quiet so got seated straight away. The waiter was very helpful and helped me move my disability scooter to a safe place. The food was quite excellent and served in good time. The staff were very friendly. We have not been for a while but won't leave it so long next time. An easy 5 stars. I had pad thai and my wife had yaki soba. Very fresh tasting. Plus bao bun starter.
Five of us went for lunch. We had some dumplings for a starter and these went down very well. So much so that 2 fussy eaters enjoyed them so no second helpings. I then had the broth with rice and it was both delicious and filling. Just in case anyone is wondering l, yes I did have a coffee. It was a caffetier and it was very good.
Lovely dinner! Superb good food that all tasted amazing and felt healthy. Really light and not greasy, even the fried things which could easily have been. I had the steak bulgogi and cannot recommend this highly enough, it was perfect, even the gently boiled egg. #perfect
Another great experience at Wagamama; the waiters were extremely nice, as always, and the food as well. It took a while for our food to come out, but that didn't affect our whole dining experience.
Was served by Romily a few weeks ago, lovely waitress and easy to talk to, easily an asset to the team.
Food was good as well. Didnt enjoy being seated by the kitchen as it was particularly loud and I am autistic. Service made up for everything though!!! Romily was so nice
