Nice place with super delicious food. We all enjoyed our lunch and would come back again.
The waiting time for the main meals are a little long as well as it is pricey.
Staff members are nice and friendly, made sure we have nice time and enjoyed our food.

We had an email for 50% off food on ed's so we thought why not, we'd signed up to ed's loyalty years ago and hadn't been for a while as its a little on the expensive side for what it is. I was bored so I decided to give myself a treat after a stressful exam.... it was my first time at the diner but I loved it...everything down to their food and friendly staff was unique. Someone always came to check on me to ask if I needed something and ever since my first visit I always get emails

Well what can I say the staff I encountered were fantastic the food was if better quality than I ever expected .fries were great burgers were juciee loads of bacon . Offered the chef a kiss as per sign on wall .

Fantastic food and amazing service from Ed's Easy Diner, Norwich. Food was quick to arrive and absolutely delicious. I had a burger and loaded potato skins and they were amazing. The staff were so friendly and went out their way to make our visit special.
Fantastic service and food. Had an impromptu visit on a busy Saturday lunchtime and thought we’d have to wait ages for food, but was so quick and delicious. Son had bacon and chicken burger, waffle fries and Mac n cheese as sides, bottomless Fanta too. He really enjoyed it and we’ll definitely go b

Get there early for breakfast, or prepare to wait for a seat. Good menu when its all available. We only pop into Norwich now and again, but when we do we like to eat here if we can. Service is ace, worth a tip most times. Give it a try on recommendation.
Often enjoy dining here! Very reasonable prices on food and drink especially considering how competitive the prices are in KFC and McDonald's just next-door.
The staff usually are very freindly as you would expect in true American diner like place.
