Meal with friends on Saturday evening just gone. Cosy restaurant. Simple menu and great wine. Service was very prompt and friendly. Starter of pigeon was superb and venison main equally delicious and very well presented on the plate. Portion size was perfect and left enough room for cheese and biscuits. My wife and I will definitely be back!!

Had been to the Iron House for an evening meal, but today it has definitely gone on my list of amazing places for brunch... Especially the smoked haddock and the quinoa style granola with fresh fruit and yogurt... And also amazing scrambled eggs... Great service and smiles all round...

lovely building, superb meal, *beautifully* presented, compliments to the chef! thoroughly enjoyed the Amaretto glazed butternut fondant, pigeon breast, duck breast (though not quite pink enough) , sea bream (slightly heavy on the peas) followed by clementine cake, gorgeous vanilla ice cream and a creme brulee latte, oh and the Aleatico Di Puglia was divine, it's now on my shopping list!

Its a beautifully renovated old pub that offers an interesting menu. Its my second time there. I had to order the seafood linguine again as the first time I had it was so memorable. Beautifully cooked prawns, squid and salmon in a delicious sauce. The staff are efficient pleasant and create a relaxed unhurried atmosphere. Perfect evening overall!

Quiet Thursday evening in the New Year, walk-in without reservation would have been possible. Friendly and approachable front of house, thoughtful menu. We had three courses which were priced to include a small house wine. Food was very good, very good value and the venue was smart. Definitely added to the list of ticked dining options when in Norwich.

I’ve been here before for lunch and decided to pop in for dinner. Was really happy with the lunch and the dinner definitely delivered. Delicious meal for a good price. They have an excellent drinks list too. Kudos on the whiskey selection. I’ll definitely be back for more!!!

Very good food and great value for money set menu £20 for two courses and a glass of wine. Would maybe give it 4/4.5 not 5, but it’s the best option in that part of Norwich so it tips it up to 5 stars. Veggie friendly. Great service.

We had a very romantic valentines day meal here. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the setting was very chilled. The wine was good and the food was tasty and just enough to satisfy us without making us feel full. Would totally recommend!

Impromptu visit for Saturday morning breakfast. Plenty of seats including the one I took in the window but did get busier later. Ordered a latte. Very tasty it was too. Wide choice on breakfast menu. Decided on eggs Benedict with extra chorizo. Sauce was not too strong or rich. Chorizo added a spicy kick too. I will be back!

Went in for the first time today after seeing an offer outside where you can get a coffee and a pastry for £3. While there were few pastries to choose from we were happy with what we had. The coffee was good and service was quick and friendly. Would recommend to others.

I just had one of the be meals in my life. Iron Horse is somehow not on the TOP list in Norwich, but here you must come. I had the Salmon Dill, which was unexpectedly delicious and full of flavor. Who knew cucumbers could taste so good. (Obviously the chef did.) Don’t miss this delightful place with quaint atmosphere. (The pic is unsatisfactory, but it’s the aftermath.)

Quaint eatery in Norwich lane housed in an old building. Poke salad was great the eggs Benedict just okay. Nice place to have a coffee and scone .
