The New Inn - Norwich - Photo album

Moored our hire boat at the staithe opposite and walked over for our evening meal. The food was absolutely lovely, a step above normal pub grub. The cheesecake was EPIC, I'm tempted to drive there from Swansea soon just to have it again. Friendly pub, thoroughly recommend.
Sat outside in the lovely weather enjoying the views. A couple of real ales on. Clean toilets. Not an awful lot of parking outside the pub, but there is a free carpark over the road alongside the staithe. Lots of people enjoying themselves.
Brilliant pub - quality food and decent place to moor and watch the daily happenings of the river. I spent pretty much most of the day here, casually drinking by the river side enjoying the sunshine and talking to many other holiday goers that decided to pay the mooring fee for a spot to moore in Ho
We visited The New Inn whilst on holiday on The Broads in early October. We had moored on Short Dyke which is about a ten minute walk from the pub, which was just as well given the size of the portions. The menu was not massive and the food typically 'pub grub.' The portions though were generous
I have given the food five stars but we didn't actually eat here I didn't want to mark it down because everything else was great. If you visit the broads and don't visit this pub you have missed out. A great pint of Nightingale, so friendly.
I have had two meals here and I must say I have not been disappointed. The fish and chips were lovely, thin crispy golden batter fish, light and fluffy chips and peas with a good dollop of tartare sauce. The Sunday roast is what I call a “good honest roast” no frills just home cooked. Not this fancy
Meals were excellent , staff very very friendly and welcoming . A good Dog friendly Pub
We visited this evening for a meal with our toddler. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. We both had different burgers. They were filling so we had no room for dessert but wished we did. They had a high chair for our toddler and welcomed us all.
It's a lovely little pub in the middle of the village and at the end of Rockland broad where there are around 8 free morning's, it's great for a overnight stay, so back to the pub great people who make you feel welcome and a nice little area for outside seating on those summer evenings, so yes I'll
Lovely place. The staff were so attentive to my 1 year old son and made us feel very comfortable. Food was amazing. Will definitely be returning!
