Lovely breakfast in a very pleasant place. Staff very welcoming and efficient, drinks orders taken as soon as we were seated then food order shortly after. Not much of a wait for the 4 meals which were all cooked to our requirements. Touch pricey compared to back home but still worth it.
First time visiting bills today for my partners 18th, we got greeted by extremely friendly staff and a complementary bottle of champagne, ordered calamari for a starter and a steak and a burger for main and a brownie & ice cream for pudding. Stumbled across this place on a day trip to Norwich. Unfortunately there were no tables available at lunch time when we popped in, but the lovely waiter was able to reserve a table for an hour later on in the afternoon... . Wow... We were so pleased that we had waited and returned.

Great place to dine in in Norwich! The food is really good, the service is lovely and it has a cosy atmosphere. I recommend the delicious chicken shawarma 😋 The triple chocolate brownie at the end hit the spot 🎯

Bottomless pancakes were great. We had two servings of dessert pancakes. I am not sure if they do savory ones as the chocolate sauce was quite rich and heavy.

While Bills is a chain, it's one of the few where they genuinely seem to run each branch as though they are independent. The staff must get some serious training as they genuinely go out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing seems to be too much trouble.

Really enjoyed our brunch here: the berry smoothie was BOMB and the halloumi shawarma was light and fulfilling. The staff were absolutely lovely: so smiley and accommodating!
