Lovely breakfast in a very pleasant place. Staff very welcoming and efficient, drinks orders taken as soon as we were seated then food order shortly after. Not much of a wait for the 4 meals which were all cooked to our requirements. Touch pricey compared to back home but still worth it.

Stumbled across this place on a day trip to Norwich. Unfortunately there were no tables available at lunch time when we popped in, but the lovely waiter was able to reserve a table for an hour later on in the afternoon... . Wow... We were so pleased that we had waited and returned. Bill's is a beautiful, quaint place, which was absolutely buzzing with chattering people all enjoying the food, ambience and service. We were shown to a fantastic spot by the window which overlooked the bustling city. Quickly served with drinks by a smiling, friendly waitress, who then gave us enough time for us to peruse the menu and order. The food was simply 'out of this world' . A 'different' menu choice to our normal hunts, But my goodness, the food was delicious. Throughout the meal my daughter groaned with delight and my husband didn't speak, just ate! (a firm signal of tasty food lol). Can't fault this place at all. 5 stars all around and obviously everyone else in Norwich agrees... Very busy but this did not effect the service or standard of food. Well done to everyone at Bill's!! We shall definitely return!! Xx

Came here to run a Christmas meal for my university society. They were incredibly helpful on booking and making sure everything was set for our meal. The night was great, they said the name of the person who'd ordered each meal when brining out the food so there was no confusion on who had pre-ordered what and all allergies were catered for very well. Pretty standard and expected, got what we asked for because now a days actually is hard to come by a place where it meet bare minimum. Ordered the set menu with classic burger and salted caramel chocolate tart. Burger was actually quite nice and the desert was surprisingly good. Four star for being good but no wow factor.

Great place to dine in in Norwich! The food is really good, the service is lovely and it has a cosy atmosphere. I recommend the delicious chicken shawarma 😋 The triple chocolate brownie at the end hit the spot 🎯

Decent brunch! I had the Eggs Benedict, coffee and cloudy apple juice. Mrs had the healthy green juice and Hippie Salad 🍳🥗☕️ (Sorry, no food pics as they came out blurred!) Would come again. 😀

Came in on a Saturday lunch time, it wasn’t too busy so we got a table easily. Lovely atmosphere, staff were all really nice and though Food was a little limited it was really delicious. Only thing I personally didn’t like was the level of upselling you make your staff do, it was very obvious and a bit uncomfortable being constantly pushed to have extra sides, extras, drinks etc.

Really enjoyed our brunch here: the berry smoothie was BOMB and the halloumi shawarma was light and fulfilling. The staff were absolutely lovely: so smiley and accommodating!
