Came for the buffet on the 11/03/24, I believe my servers name was Donna and I was very pleased withe customer service I received from her and the team, very friendly atmosphere to me and all other customers at the time, the pizza was very good with a nice selection.

Lovely meal. They asked us to order via the app by scanning a QR code, it became a bit tricky as the kids kept changing their minds but the waitress was lovely and took our order for us to remove any frustration. Lovely pizzas, however we did note that a lot of choices have gone or are not available

Quality of the food was very good
Ease of access to booking online, ease of availability to order at table via the app, availability of the buffet throughout the weekend and bolt-ons such as the bottomless drinks and ice cream factory which make the experience quick, easy and affordable.
I hate to leave this review, but I just noticed that I was charged a buffet for a baby! I took my toddler and baby in for lunch, my toddler only had a slice, which I don't mind paying a buffet for it's a business after all, but I've also been charged for the baby when she ate nothing. I mean they k

The family and I always enjoy our experience at your Longwater store. The staff there are always friendly and polite and we never have any complaints about the food on offer. The store always feels clean and tidy which makes it feel very relaxed in there.
Popped in for lunch today and had a lovely meal. There was lots of selection on the buffet and the staff really went out of their way to be helpful and make sure we were all ok. Best Pizza Hut experience I've had.
10 out of 10 for service and food, wasn't sure what pizza to have was told about the new sour dough base recommended from our server Donna . Great recommendation it was absolutely lovely.
Will definitely be back again.

Had a table booked for 3pm. Got there 10 mins early as we finished shopping, but we were seated very quickly. The servers are friendly and very happy to help.
