Very good Gregg's. Good selection and mostly fresh. Chicken could do with keeping an eye on as it is dried out alot. But over all it's really good so 5*
Very friendly staff always polite and helpful.
The food here is lovely (I got some wedges, a chicken bake and a chocolate cookie). The only issue I would have however is that the food is quite pricey and they charge more for you to sit in which I really don't understand. The place itself is nice and clean so I rate 4 stars.
When it was raining the other week and was out I nipped into Greggs for a Corned Beef Pasty I had to wait 5 mins and because it took longer I was given an extra pasty for waiting and staff were lovely
Amazing staff, thank you to ebonie and wayne for letting me stay in side the shop and charge my phone very nice and gave me some money so I had enough for what I wanted if I was there manager I would give them a bit extra
Can't thank the two ladies at this Greggs (Norton Village, Stockton) enough Caroline and Mandy were so kind to me while I stayed at their shop for nearly the full day, they were very friendly and honestly couldn't of helped me out more. Made me feel very comfortable as I had never been to Stockton before, so was a bit anxious. Thank you so much ladies for chatting to me and making me feel comfortable.

To be honest this is the best Gregg's that I have ever visited. The food was fresh and well cooked and the staff were really friendly. It's only a shame it isn't close to my home.
Our favourite Gregg's the girls always really helpful and serve with a smile.
They even make a sandwich specially for my son when asked.
Would recommend to anyone.
Sorry this review is so late, just wanted to say how happy I am to have moved to Norton, I go into Greggs and the girls cant do enough for me Angela is so awesome she goes out of her way to ask if I want my sandwich heated up or do I need a drink and if the sandwich I want has been sold out that my son loves being a typical uni student she will make me a fresh one, love the girls especially Angela I have worked all over Teesside best Greggs customer service in Norton thank you xxx
Food and hot drinks are great but sometimes only 1 staff member serving when theres a que of people
Popped in for bacon sandwich and cup of tea tasty breakfast will recommend and return service was just perfect
Clean and friendly, not very busy, good value bacon and sausage sandwich with a coffee. Lovely!!
Changed chicken baguettes. Not so nice now. Like the pastries and hot food. Easy to park and fast service
