We usually only get drinks here, it gets very busy, but it's very affordable
Nice get together with the lads after work. Wouldn't have a 'night out' here - I prefer this place during the week and elsewhere at the weekend.
BUT - good beer, good prices, great atmosphere, a chance to catch up with friends. A good little cracker.
And .. where's Bernie???!! Not the same without him x
Service was good. Quick and friendly. Parking isn't great if you're driving to the place as it's on street parking. The food was good enough, if you've been to any wetherspoons you know what you're getting
Pub was really busy when we got there but was able to find a table near the back. Ordered food to be told there was a half hour wait which I thought was good considering it was busy so agreed that was okay so continued to order the food. It took 55 minutes to come out so we had to rush to eat it to ensure we got back to our car before the parking ran out. Although the food was nice, it was just a shame I wasnt able to finish the meal before having to leave to get back to the car in time hence only 4 stars.
We come here regularly for breakfast, always quick service, food is exactly what you've ordered & is reasonably priced !

I have been here a number of times over the years with family and the food has always been great. This spoon's is in a great Central high street location with disable access. Has a wide selection on food and drink with themed food evenings. The male and female toilets are located up stairs and look great always clean and tidy, with the disabled toilet downstairs In a corner and also clean and tidy. There is a outside veranda when you can sit on the warmer days. The food ranges from burgers, breakfasts, chicken dishes, vegaterian dishes, fish dishes and curry's and many more, with a selection of deserts. The food is good quality and most of the time warm to hot there has been a few occasions were they have not followed requests or the food wasn't hot enough. It can be quite roudy at times and I think the staff should take a more proactive approach to them type of people especially when it is family hours. The staff are friendly and approachable. You can also place orders for food and drink through there app. But a great place to eat at a reasonable prices.

Nice place for food and drink, very popular and seating can be scarce but all for good reason. Small outside sitting area at the front that is non smoking.
Didn't eat there so average. Good night out tho, packed so popular place.
Good food, a little dark where we sat. Table was a bit sticky and in need of a good clean.

Lovely bar staff, nice pleasant pub. Food was undercooked and vegan sausages were put on my plate instead of meat ones. How does a chef even do that 🤔
