We popped in for lunch whilst passing through the area. At first I thought it was closed as it was very quiet but the manager was very welcoming. We ordered Bombay peanuts to nibble on and they were spicy (I don't usually eat spicy) but very moreish. My husbands chicken starter was a little too salty (we don't add much salt due to health problems) but the chef came and spoke with us and offered to cook another chicken starter straight away. He also adjusted our mains to suit to our palette. The mango lassi went down a treat and so did the virgin pina colada.

A very distinct Indian eatery . location is tucked away off north wood hills and weekends can be frustrating to get off the road parking as sometimes this venue gets busy. I would have given it 5! But other than that the food on 2 occasions has been exquisite . chilly paneer and there lamb chops starters are the best in the business . they certainly do not over do with oil too. the food is served in style and the decor is very nice. Quiet family restaurant with great quality ! Well done. Keep going.
Sumptuous Indian food in Northwood. Their biryani is 10/10. Just make sure you have it in the restaurant rather than takeaway. Eat in option comes straight in earthenware which retain it's yummy flavors. Rest of the food is great as well.

Ordered a take out, by fat the best indian food I've come across, full of flavour, good timing! Try the chilli and garlic mogo!
The food is authentic delhi style; enjoy the paneer chilly, amritsari macchi, butter chicken.
