It’s great to have food back here at a reasonable price. We can recommend the Masala chicken burger and the panini. Looking forward to trying the Sunday roast soon.
Had a fantastic party 12.8.23. Claire went over and above to make sure everything was right. Joanne of JJ catering did a fantastic job of the buffet, very tasty and plentiful, infact took a doggie bag of leftovers home. Thankyou both for making it a very special afternoon/evening.

Our local watering hole! Been a few times with my partner and our son. The roast dinners are fabulous and you won't find better salt and pepper wings anywhere! Every single member of staff is so friendly and talkative with their customers and I think they have very high standard for customer service

Relatively small pub but everyone friendly inside. 1 pool table and some decent drinks on tap.
Maybe a tad pricey for a small local like this but I don't have not been out much since lockdown.
What a lovely evening, thanks to Clare for serving us, and Carl for taking the time to talk with us… Service was great didn’t have to wait long and the food was really tasty and good value for money. 😁😁 will definitely be returning soon.
Went with a party of 16, pre booked food as it was after normal serving hours. We had an amazing night. The food was delicious and nothing was wrong with any orders and none of the side dishes were forgotten either. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Food is good pub fare and the specials are generally homemade. Presentation could be a little better but the food itself is lovely and good value for what you get. Live music every Friday night and Karaoke Saturday and Sunday night as a rule. Two real ales from traditional hand pumps and a good rang
Fantastic service here, gorgeous Sunday Roast, and a great pint of Cask (Wainwright). The only downside is Cask isn't on very often, some of these lager boys must be afraid they might taste something! Haha
