This is my favourite coffee shop in Northwich! It's always busy and there's always a queue but that is a testament to how nice it is there. The cakes and drinks are delicious and I can say they do the best rocky road I've ever had there! 5* would definitely return.
Gorgeous cheeky treats. Latte, oreo milkshake, honeycomb tiffin and caramel shortbread. Absolutely delicious, had to take some home as we couldn't finish. Great service, very friendly staff.
Iced latte was great, very tasty and I love the ice being more like a frozen latte, all put in a blender as it tasted like a latte ice cream. Lovely space indoor and outdoor, with plenty of sitting options.
I would only recommend to put a glass cover over every pastry dish on display, as there was a fly enjoying the selection that really put me off from getting one.
Large coffee house in the paved, Barons Quay area of Northwich. 100 indoor seats plus another 40 or so outdoors. Very modern contemporary feel with a mix of black, wood and orange ambient lighting. Cool indoors, a welcome respite from the heat this summer. No parking but the municipal car park above ASDA is free and gives easy access, wheelchair friendly too. Fast service, in spite of a long ish queue. Flat white and a bacon brie and cranberry toasties ordered. Coffee was delicious as was the sandwich, will definitely be back. Toilets were clean and the guy clearing tables was on top form, nothing hung around for more than a couple of minutes and he did a great job of wiping both tables and chairs. The only down is that it can get a bit noisy due to the cave like space. For me, these guys are showing the other coffee chains how it should be done.

Friendly and efficient staff. Fabulous coffee. Love the decor. Deducted a STAR as dogs not allowed inside but can sit outside. Have a rethink RE dogs, If Cafe Nero can allow dogs inside I'm sure you can......

I tried the coffee house having heard some great things from a friend, and I was not disappointed. Absolutely amazing coffee, and I was so glad to be able to order some beans online to have at home as sadly I live quite a distance away from my nearest store. Ordering was very easy, they arrived super fast, and taste just like the coffee in store! Very happy, definitely recommend. :)

Great coffee and atmosphere, beautiful interior and very friendly staff. Smooth, velvety coffee (soya milk available) and competitive pricing. Contactless / Apple Pay accepted. Somewhat limited food choice. Free WiFi available, however haven’t noticed many sockets to charge your device. Loyalty card available on YoYo Wallet. Very pleasant place overall, will definitely be coming back :)

What a phenomenal visit! Upon initial arrival the trendy, well designed and spacious coffee how called to my caffeine-deprived girlfriend and I, and we just had to sample their goods. Even in the rain people we sat in the outside seating area, so we knew we were in for a treat.
Approaching the counter the staff, consisting of a selection of the friendliest staff and their Manager Dean, welcomed us with open proverbial arms. We were not pressured into our choice, which made the world of difference. Myself: A medium mocha. My girlfriend: A triple shot medium latte. Together: A raisin cookie.
We sat down and consumed our choices, and there were no regrets to be seen. The quality and taste were sublime, and Dean the Manager even came over to check on us. On top of that, staff were actively cleaning around us, which shows their commitment to the best service possible.
Overall, we left with fully bellies and smiles on our faces, and could not have asked for a better visit. So much so, we bought come coffee beans to take with us :)

The Coffee House is amazing everywhere you see it, even in Runcorn shopping city, which is really saying something! The staff are uniformly lovely, warm and welcoming. The coffee is uniformly well made, great tasting, and the cakes are uniformly irresistible. Go try it, you'll agree.
I did always think this was a big unit for CH in Northwich, and had previously only visited when it was quiet. So, I was exceptionally pleased to see them doing a roaring trade at lunchtime during the week! Clearly I was wrong, there were just enough seats to find one, but it was full to the brim for the whole hour I was there.
Originating in Lymm and now definitely a regional asset, I just love to see a local business thriving like this! Mark my words.. when the first CH opens on Oxford Street, London. I'll be there..

Been a couple of times now. Always friendly service. The coffee is great and the place has a great atmosphere and is good for people watching. Would have given 5 stars if the tables hadn't been sticky this time.
Great coffee and yummy cakes too. Gets very busy though so you may need to queue for a bit.
