Mostly in store concessions nowadays so not quite the traditional family department store anymore. Nevertheless a good cross section of goods for sale and a nice cafe. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Family owned small department store. Helpful and friendly staff. Very nice shoe dept with some practical and smart bags. Upstairs ladies dept has a range of concessions including some Wallis, Gerry Webber, White stuff & Joules plus lesser known but similar brands. All reasonably priced. Cafe too but
I love Bratts. All of the stuff is lovely and pretty. They e massively changed their stock to appeal to a new generation I believe. Beautiful home stuff, lovely baby gifts and clothes. The shoes and clothes are mixed ages which is a positive thing. They now sell lovely branded items and clothing. I
This is a lovely department store and has lots of quirky gifts as well as toys, clothing, make up & Yankee candles etc. Cafe on top floor, really nice breakfast the only negative is the cafe decor, it let's the whole place down. It is in desperate need of a facelift.
Great selection of clothes. Super friendly/ helpful staff.no pressure to buy. Also good value and top brands. Hidden gem in plain sight. Brill.
The cafe needs a bit of TLC but the food is good and the staff are lovely. The store itself has some really nice items and there are some bargains to be had in the sale.
Lovely department store in Northwich. I tend to buy items in the sale or when on offer. They have a nice cafe on the top floor. Staff are always helpful
My wife loves visiting this shop, always plenty of good quality clothing for her to peruse, they also have several floors to explore, the cafe on the top floor serves excellent food, plenty of choices and a good friendly service, there is a smaller mens department on the ground floor that i like to
Good independent store. I use the cafe often. Staff very helpful. Not cheap but quality and value for money.
Often drop on for a brew and a scone. Best scones that I know of. Clothing range not really my style, great gift section though
Even after a 20 year absence the scones were still to die for!! Very well run cafe, staff are lovely but find the Manageress very officious unfortunately!
