There's a bit of a hill climb to drive up too it, and two levels of parking.
The shop is clean, tidy and well laid out. Service was quick and the staff friendly and approachable.
There are toilets here in the main foyer and there is good disabled access.
Had a couple of coffees and orange juice with cakes, updated app to get future discounts. Nice clean coffee shop, handy when visiting relatives in Mold.

Long queue, not because there were numerous customers but because they were slow. Maybe it was just that day. Regardless, the staff were quite nice and kind. Every thing else was fine.
Very welcoming staff. Friendly and professional. Called in while.they were about to close. Therefore observed the 2 staff doing a very thorough clean at the end of day. Other Costa outlets should take note
So I was on my way to Wales today and stopped by for a coffee. Had a look at the cake selection and there was so much to choose from. I had a chat with a lovely gentleman called James who pionted me in the direction of having a toasted teacake with my coffee. I'll be visiting again for another toast
Usual Costa. Given 5 stars because staff were quick, efficient and very pleasant. However, needs tidying up. Litter everywhere, outside tables cheap and nasty. As for the toilet facilities, desperate need to clean up there.
I tend to use this Costa when I go to llandudno. Staff on the whole are helpful. My new favourite drink is chai latte with oat milk and Gingerbread syrup
Lovely service and food clean seating area. Let down by no toilet tissue or soap in toilets. We were the only customers no excuse.
Stopped off for a coffee, and was served by friendly hospitable staff. It's Costa, so you know what to expect, and it was a pleasant 20 minute break on way to Holyhead. I'd call here again next time I'm headed to Holyhead.
