Came in for a quick coffee and bacon roll before a local rugby game - Paul the manager served us and was kind polite and generous. Good customer service is so rare these days - well done π
Great to have a Gregg's just off J16 M1.
These services are new (200 yrds from junction), built as part of Weedon, Heyfords bypass. Esso fuel station is handy and prices at the moment very good compared to m-way prices. HGV fuel aswell.Parking is limited, but will never get as busy as bigger services.
Worth a stop is heading north or south on M1.
Gregg's is always a great place to eat. The staff are lovely and the food is freshly made and tasty. The hot drinks are nice and it's always clean and bright. Definitely worth a visit.

This Gregg's is located in the service station at junction 16 of the M1. It's a small concession but has most of the food you can find in a full shop. There is also some seating in the service station if you want a break for the car.
Lovely staff and food but letting customers know u don't have sugar before they buy a round of coffees. May have been very helpful. π
Lack of food left at 15:15 in the afternoon. Otherwise excellent service.
