We all had the carvery including 2 young children and thoroughly enjoyed it. the price great too. Service was excellent from the second we entered, Especially the young girl with glasses (didn't get her name). She was very polite and interacted really well with the children. Will go again.
I am staying next door at the Travelodge. Last night there was no sticky toffee pudding left so I asked if it would be on tonight. Jason assured me he would sort it. I can tonight and he had. Great food, the staff are very professional especially Jason but I feel they could do with an extra few sets
Got sat straight away, food was amazing and we both cleared our plates, technical fault with some drink systems but made sure we had plenty of other choices, definitely be going again soon!
Had a lovely meal. It was very busy and seemed short staffed but the young lady who greeted us was friendly, professional and helpful even though she was obviously under pressure.
Always have a good meal here and the staff are always lovely.
Have eaten here many times and will continue to do so 🙂
Nice and quiet, pleasant staff who were attentive. Fast service, the vegetables looked like they had been out for quite some time, they tasted good. The meats on offer looked wonderful I choose Gammon and it was beautiful. Good large crispy yorkshire pudding and wonderful goose fat roast potatoes

Service from waitress Elle was great very polite and very courteous indeed . Will be back for that alone. Super to meet Linda Carter from the Queen Vic tonight too, she must be the new landlady. Food was exceptional from the carvery. Worth the wait ...stuffed!!!
We were staying in the area in our caravan and always love a Toby carvery so we found this lovely restaurant. Food was amazing hot and plentiful. Eileen our waitress was just the perfect host. She works so hard but served us straight away after showing us our table. Keep up the good work superb lunc
Food is not as hot as I'd have liked but nice, where the vegetables are all placed for you to choose was a bit messy and some veg didn't look appealing.
Waitress was very nice, polite, and attentive.
Came in a few weeks ago for a carvery. Chef Jonny was very helpful and was friendly with my 2 year old and was making him laugh. Really good service here. Food was lovely and despite it being busy the staff were really helpful and accommodating
I'm a mobile engineer by trade and happening to be in the area due to work. I had time to kill and thought I'd give the carvery a try for my lunch. Not wanting a big meal while at work I opted for the Yorkie wrap (Roast pork, stuffing and apple sauce) with roast potatoes! I was not disappointed!!!!
We were staying in the hotel next door and visiting the area for a funeral. We found the staff to be super helpful and friendly. After knowing our reason for visiting they were very thoughtful and accommodating with our varied ages of family some of whom have mobility issues. We had the pleasure
Alice was an amazing waitress! Very friendly, caring & accommodating. Food was very good and a lovely meal. Could have had more veg & the only downfall was that the mash was cold. Everything else was lovely!
