I have used them twice now. The reason I didn't review them the first time is that they forgot my milkshakes. But you will still notice I have giving them a 5 star rating. Because, making a mistake is human. But then they gave excellent customer service to fix the mistake and were genuinely sorry. The second time I ordered, everything was perfect. And that's no exaggeration.

I had cakes from frankies bakes when they first started. They were unbelievable. Since then they have got bigger and bigger and better and better. They have now opened a shop in Kingsthorpe and I was invited to the friends and family night before the big launch tomorrow. Hands down my new all time favourite place to go! The food is ridiculously tasty. I planned on only having a milkshake but after seeing all the food coming out I couldn't resist. The portion sizes are so good. The milkshake was to die for and the badass chips. Highly highly recommend. I don't know what sauce they use but it was amazing! The whole experience was amazing. The decor and atmosphere in there is so chilled. The staff are friendly and attentive. Frankies bakes is now new one favourite place to go with my daughter already planning her next meal. Xx
We have ordered twice from here now, once in the evening burgers and chips and then this morning we ordered breakfast 😋 I can't recommend this place enough the food is delicious and always comes hot ! The staff are friendly and polite too, this will definitely be are go to place for takeaways in future !

Just what Kingsthorpes needs. Had a lovely dinner after school with my little girl. Was made to feel very welcome. Even let her help make a milkshake to take away. We will be back for sure.
Had a steak burger and hot chocolate drink and it was quite nice. The staffs are also lovely, likewise the customers in at the time.
First time ordering from here and all i have to say is wow wow wow wow!!!! Food is amazing, we had bueno waffles & white chocolate bueno milkshake. In loooooooovveeeee!!
Smashing family run little cafe ..great breakfasts an burgers and my grandchildren said the milkshakes were delish ..well worth a visit and they do home deliveries .
