Overall, it was a good experience. My girlfriend and I ordered a burger and a wrap. They were both good, I am just giving a review of 4 stars and not 5 because it wasn't anything special and I was expecting a little bit more. It's definitely better than a Mcdonald though.
Leon’s is simply the best value and quality service station food you can get. Always fresh and tasty and good value. The breakfast muffin with hash browns and a coffee for £10.
Love a Leon! We didn't know this one existed (Google wanted us to go to the next services) so we were really excited to see the sign on the motorway and get lunch that bit earlier. As you can tell by my pictures; we were hangry haha. The lady that served us, don't know her name. 9/9 13:40 (blonde pony and glasses) was very bubbly and friendly. Then about 14:00 a girl with a black pony and piercings went above and beyond to tell us to leave our tray, she would bin it for us. She was very friendly. The food was just as good as imagined. Would recommend 👍
Had the satay chicken box meal and the korean chicken wrap. Well prepared, tasted fresh, right temperature and stress free ordering.
It’s not often one finds a Leon’s, so decided to grab a bite, even though we had stopped to use the restroom services, at the Northampton location.
There was a choice of Costa and McDonald’s as well.
Leon has a great menu, photo shows some options, as menu is showcased on rotating slides. Very healthy options including salads and rice with black beans and lentils etc.
Wraps and burger options also available. Vegetarian burger option available as well. Leon has their own little exclusive sitting area, very nicely done with comfortable seating. Various size of tables to accommodate a couple, or four or more people. Plenty of spillover seating by the Mc Donald’s
The waffle fries with the wrap were piping hot, albeit a bit salty for my palate.
Includes a drink in the meal deal, which is just 25 p extra if you were just getting fries and wrap. Almost took coffee, then settled for can of lemonade, so we could hit the road again while the rain had abated somewhat.
Great service even when they are busy, amazing staff, awesome seats just want I like after a drive, and extra great to have healthy options available 🙌 Leon, you are on a roll, loved the with service, staff, seating area and food. I'll be back, and it's rare I say that for any food at services 👍 Pst your up north Leon near Birmingham is great too but this one wins 🤫
Bit of a wait sometimes, staff are working very hard, but it's worth it for the delicious Leon food. Not sure how they make kale taste amazing, must be some sort of witchcraft involved, but they do.
If you have to eat in a motorway service area you can't really beat Leon. Food and service usually great, atmosphere not so. But that's not their fault.
Had the Carolina Burger from here with some fries and Korean Mayo, great tasting burger, swift and friendly service. Will definitely be back, good extensive menu with a wide variety of options. Thank you
Fresh, delicious and served up faster than the neighbouring fast food outlets. We had Satay curry (pictured) and a halloumi wrap, which were both very tasty and satisfying. The staff were courteous and checked for allergies as a matter of course, which is much appreciated when one of you is gluten free. Highly recommended.
Great products, amazingly tast. A very archaic ordering system lets it down unfortunately. Touch screens were borderline useless.
Very quick, tasty and healthy. Been a few times as one of the healthiest places near Towcester. Although the services were busy Leon was okay as most people go to McDonald's etc. Some people being their drinks and take up space in Leon though. Falafel not restaurant quality but I edible. Jackfruit bites nice and Flatbread closer to Lebanese than Turkish.
Excellent freshly cooked healthy food and a friendly manager named Momtaz.
Really good food . Waffle fries are amazing and so are the dragon Fruit, mango and lime smoothies
