I drink at a lot of Starbucks around the country however this branch is by far the best and I've been coming here since it opened. Staff are always helpful and friendly- any delays are addressed and the drinks are always made spot on (the only store I've found who make their PSLs perfect every time!
Great staff, always happy to help. Consistently working hard and efficiently. I’ve been going for 6 years and never had a real issue, far better and cheaper than the one in Northampton Town Centre on the market square.
The drive-thru experience is quick and efficient especially in the mornings before work, they move pretty quickly. I always enjoy the hot oats with honey as well.
Regular customer at this Starbucks. This morning I had for the first time lovely service. Not the usual rushed moody non engaged experience but this time by Matt with the most relaxing calm voice.so patient and friendly 😊 after a stressed night this really made a difference. Thanku Matt

Used the drive through as I had lots of change to use up and wanted to try the new sour apple and pumpkin spiced cold brew drinks out.. they got the order wrong on one drink, I passed it back and they said to keep it and they'd make the correct one for me.... This Starbucks I have been coming here for years on and off, it’s always busy but they are fast service good coffee which is all you need
