We somewhat regularly go as a family for the buffet and occasionally treat ourselves to the takeaway. The food is absolutely fantastic and moreso the staff provide a really relaxed atmosphere, and are always customer focused and kind.

The food was well cooked and hot, salad bar was well stocked, they opened another table as a small group of us with small child, would recommend there buffet lunch!

Ordered2 pizzas for collection on way back from hospital. I had just been picked up and was starving and didnt want to cook. Pizza were hot and freshly made. Chatting with server I had a free salad and garlic bread as they had no goats cheese for my pizza. Such a lovely thought as feeling sore from
Loved the food, but the move to digital ordering has taken away the service element, though servers did still check we had everything and that we were okay.
Enjoyed the salad bar as always, the new buffalo pizza was amazing. And the server Sophie was an absolute gem, very sweet. just need to bring back the cinnamon rolls!!
Absolutely everything, the staff member Ben at the Northampton location went above and beyond. It was an enjoyable lunch we will happily return to do again soon.

Pizza Hut is still your fairly average typical fast food pizza restaurant. The recent addition of pay stations or app only ordering has made the experience more impersonal, and that's a shame. If you happen to have a tastecard, this can reduce your bill to the point where it doesn't feel like you
