It's quite small and very busy. You can get waiter service here too! It's clean and tidy but I must say I think the buns are getting smaller! It has disabled access from the Mall entrance.

Good service by friendly staff,well worth a visit, I've visited McDonald's in Grosvenor square on a number of occasions, can't fault the service
Normally quite quick at serving orders but lately they are always under staffed and therefore the wait time is much longer.
The food was good and the staff were nice there is only a small range of vegetarian options but it's good quality food
