This is a really lovely tea room. Nice selection of cakes and teas and coffees. You can sit inside or outside. Beautiful views of the garden and huge Manor House. There are also peacocks roaming around. They have various events here and we went to the open air cinema and fireworks. It was a great event. Only issue with the non intelligent security people walking around with very bright torches, oblivious as they shone them in people’s faces.
Open during May to September is a beautiful hidden gem. We came for afternoon tea and this 0lace did not dissapoint at all! The staff were helpful and friendly, and the afternoon tea was plentiful, homemade, and delicious. Lots of food to share. A perfect hidden tea room. Advanced booking is recommended and there is not much room for lively children.
Wonderful afternoon tea with friendly service. Very good quality particularly on the cakes/pastries. Fluffiest scones I’ve had! Will definitely go next year.
Amazing venue. Very attentive staff. Great place to celebrate a big birthday. Private hire for a brilliant price on Saturdays. Totally worth it. Will definitely be back in the future. The champagne was delicious too!
Another fantastic visit to The Polo Pavilion Tea room for the last day of their season. A huge thanks to Nita and her team. We love an afternoon tea and Nita’s are the best we have ever had. very lucky to have this little gem on our doorstep. Counting down to next season already 🥰🧁🍰🫖🥂
We have just enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at The Polo Pavilion, Winwick. Afternoon tea was absolutely lovely and the Winwick 'fizz' was every bit as good as anything I've had in France. I am a Coeliac and was therefore treated to an excellent selection of home made gluten free fare. The setting is beautiful and I can recommend it to anyone looking for an afternoon of old world delight.
What an amazing place, superb service, water and biscuits for our Cockapoo, yummy food and coffee for us, especially lovely after a long walk in the beautiful countryside, thanks to the staff.
Fantastic delicious and outstanding afternoon tea Sunday 16th July.....in a beautiful location a hidden gem....Thank you to Nita and her staff....Recommended🍰🥂
Finally visited The Polo Pavilion today after walking past several times! What an absolute delight this place is! Beautiful location so peaceful and tranquil. Whether you choose inside or outside seating both are inviting and offer a comfortable surrounding to enjoy the many tempting delights on offer. Inside is tastefully decorated with plenty of light from glass frontage and outside there are lovely touches such as blankets and cushions on some of the chairs/benches and the tables are well spaced apart. My friend opted for a salmon bagel which was very fresh and great value and I had an asparagus and feta quiche which has to be said is the best quiche I have ever had! Both meals came with beautifully fresh salad. Our dogs were made very welcome too with a dish of doggie biscuits, lovely and a much appreciated gesture. Finally I would like to add that I do struggle to fully relax in most eateries but here was an exception; Nita and her colleague could not have been more welcoming & accommodating, the location is perfect, attentive but very relaxing and not rushed service, the menu not overwhelming with just the right amount of choices and the produce so fresh. Thank you Nita we shall definitely be regulars now!
I am lucky enought to have afternoon tea's on a reasonably regular basis. I can honestly say this is the best quality and most tasty tea I have ever had. The quality was second to none, the champagne was made on the estate and the service was perfect. Couple this with the business ethos based around charity work and you have a perfect tea room. Honestly, give it a go, you will not be disappointed.
